Location excellent. Very friendly and accomodating. Air conditioning failed in the middle of the night. Rather sticky. Was working again by the morning. Strange!

The location is excellent, near to Calle Laurel and all the pintxos bars and historical sites of Logroño. The room and bathroom were large and clean. The breakfast was also quite good. We booked a Wine Cellar package which came with a bottle of wine and a visit to a bodega. The wine was nice, but the trip to the bodega was impossible if you didn't have a car and the hotel didn't provide transportation. The hotel, while fine, is not 4 stars.

good location in town very rude receptionist on arrival did not greet us and told us we had given incorrect phone number which was not the case Very difficult to get more than 1 pillow had to get help from another staff member and safe in room not working told no one there util monday 2 days into our stay

Very well situated in the center of the town. Free Wifi. This is not a 4 start hotel, more a 3 star. The rooms are small with old furniture. The beds are very hard. When i had breakfast the staff is not friendly and will not help you (strange). The hotel is hard to find, it took me at least 1 hour to find it with a car with navgation. there is a very small street, where you think you cant enter but thats the road to take.

I particularly liked the location of the hotel. It made for an enjoyable stay to have the old town facilities so close. The downside was that it was quite noisy from late night drinkers in the street.

Sucio, antiguo, mal atendido, ruidoso. Hasta cascaras de pipas encontramos al abrir una de las camas. Bien ubicado pero muy mal indicado y difícil de llegar. El peor hotel en que he estado en muchos años.

La ubicacion muy centrico , el precio y las habitaciones muy amplias a 50m de la calle laurel que os aconsejo vayais a can sebas (pincho de tortilla)y al bar donosti (foie,cabrito,solomillo eyc....) chicas muy simpaticas. Al estar tan cerca de la calle laurel hay mucho ambiente y quizas por la noche hay un poco mas de ruido en la calle,pero compensa porque estan muy cerquita los bares y con un poco de vino y unas tapitas el ruido es secundario. A mi gusto los colchones no son comodos.

Su ubicación en calle peatonal, al lado del casco histórico, habitaciones amplias y confortables, personal atento Si vas con vehículo tienes que estacionarlo en aparcamientos, bien de hotel o público precio alrededor de 20 € dia

La situación del hotel. Las habitaciones eran muy silenciosas. PAra acceder al hotel era necesario bajar 4 escalones, y una vez dentro para ir a los ascensores había que subir escaleras. No estaba adaptado (rampas...) para sillas de ruedas o carritos de bebés (vaya lío cada vez que queríamos salir del hotel con el bebé) La tortilla de patatas prácticamente congelada que nos pusieron en el buffet. Era de esas precocinadas y no se molestaron en calentarla unos segundos.

La atención al llegar al hotel fue muy buena, nos orientaron muy bien. La habitación era muy amplia, la cama muy grande, y estaba todo muy limpio. Y por último la ubicación, junto a la calle Laurel, con su buen ambiente de vino y tapas. Ya conociamos la ciudad y nos volvemos a llevar un buen recuerdo.
