Staff are friendly and informative. Location superb.
Traffic a bit noisy early in the morning.
The showers were fab!!!! Real luxury full body spray and radio.
Staff Location Comfort Great night sleep
Location is ok. 10 minutes walk to las Ramblas and 5 minutes to metro station. Hotel personal very helpful and very nice. Bathroom ok. Good air conditioning. We were only here for a day and 1/2 we were taking a cruise and we didn't spend to much time at the hotel.
Too many doors to get in. If you come to the hotel after 9 o'clock you need to press a code at the main door downstairs and after the elevator another code. I guess the hotel isn't in a very good area, even though we didn't have problems. The hotel looks better in the picture that what is really is. I guess that's what you get for the money.
Room clean . cheap . Did the job. Got to see beautiful city
Would not think this was a hotel form outside. Arrived around one clock in morning . Was nervous going in the door dark enterance and going up a lift some thing in a movie.
Nice terrace, decor, good location, helpful staff
very small room for superior, noisy, would not call it a hotel, more like a hostel
Spacey room, really good location, staff, Wifi.
Pictures showed more than it really was, small terrace, no table+chairs on it. No closet for clothes in room. No mini bar.
Great location as it was easy to find La Ramblas and other sites were easy to get to.
The noise from the street kept my friend and I up most nights however we did stay during La Merce festival so it may be quieter during the rest of the year. Would stay again if I brought ear plugs.
Staff went beyond call of duty to help.
Quite noisy, but not much can be done about that!
5 mins walk from Las Ramblas and 1 minute from Ard De Triomph Metro Staff very freindly
Train woke me up a few times but shouldnt really complain
Location Price Clean room Friendly and helpful staff Good air conditioning Safe
Strange smelly entrance No bar No fridge
Staff very friendly and helpful. Location quiet. Very good for access to gotic area and walkable to beach.
No wardrobes - not much hanging space/storage
15minutes walk from the city centre . Had large superior room with balcony. Loads of space and good bathroom. Had a safe in the room and air conditioning which is good as the windows had to be shut during the night.
Noise from main road. No cupboard or wardrobe so had to live out of suitcase apart from a few clothes hangers to hang clothes against the wall. Not sure why this hotel/guesthouse was rated 3star -should be 2star really. Room not as good as the picture must have been a good photographer.
Good location. Very friendly and accommodating.
Very warm, no air conditioning.
Pleasant friendly and helpful staff. The location was great for the budget conscious traveler. Lovely enclosed balcony in our room
Bed's were a bit hard, room not big
Perfect hotel near to everything. Higly recommended
The wifi could be little better
Easy to get to and close to metro links. Small supermarket a few doors away for any bits you need. We only stayed one night as were staying an hour away in Spain for 2 weeks but wanted a couple of days in Barcelona. Was perfect for this purpose. It is not a 5 star ritz but it has a comfy proper double bed, good shower with a radio! And kettle and coffee etc. we also had a small balcony. Staff there 10-10 but very self contained. If u want a room for a night or two this is perfect. If you want a proper hotel with room service etc go elsewhere! We would return, lady was very pleasant who checked us in
Loved my room. I hade the luxury to stay in the deluxe room and faced the street. Its very simple but clean and nice. It felt safe.
It smelled like someone had been smoking inside the room.
Not very much
My reasons why this hotel should not be designated 3* a) grimy entrance hall b) did not have a 24 hour reception c) an old reconditioned 2-person elevator that did not stop level with the floors d) was informed on arrival that towels would only be changed every 2 days-there was a charge of 2€ for change every day e) bedroom door warped-making it difficult to open f) the toilet had a plastic folding door without a lock g) there was no clothes closet- instead there was a metal bar (with 5 hooks to hang clothes on) screwed to wall I would not recommend this "hotel" to anybody and why it received 3* designation is beyond my comprehension. The personal was very helpful and friendly, recommended us where we could dine and how to get to places, the man at the reception was very lovely and helped us to print out the tickets for our flight. Plus the room size was very generous, fast internet, great location : close to the city center, all the nice restaurants and bars, we didn't use metro but the station was very close
All was good
