Excellent service from the bwh team, including prompt emails before our uk departure about arrangements for arrival and check-in at the apartment. The staff waited to 18.30, due to our late arrival, to arrange check-in, which was much appreciated. Information on the apartment facilities and surrounding amenities, incl bars, restuarants and supermarkets was comprehensive and very useful. The apartment facilities were excellent and it felt like a home from home, which was a real feature of our experience. Definitely recommended if you want a relaxing break in this great city.

The apartments overlook a shared courtyard with other local residents. Many mornings we were woken up by noisy neighbours, other guests in the adjacent apartments and dogs barking at 7am. Not a great start to the day, but it was the only negative side of an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

The kitchen and bathroom were clean and modern. The area has small shops (for fruit, bread, etc.)

1-There is no reception for check-in, and the check-in process is very badly organized! Different people contacted us three times (email, phone calls) in the days prior to arrival, to know our arrival time. We even called them when we arrived at the airport, but when we arrived at the apartment the person supposed to check us in was not there! After calling 4 times, receiving conflicting information from his colleague, and waiting in the cold night for 15 minutes, the person finally appeared from inside the building saying it was too cold for him outside and that the calls hadn't reached his phone... He apologized for letting us wait but said he didn't consider it to be a big problem. (He apologized again 2 days later by email.) 2-It was very cold in the apartment. We stayed for two nights in the winter, and we felt very cold even with the heating at maximum...

The only problem was I don`t think there is a fire escape, we were on the top floor.

This is a family or small groups apart-hotel. Good location at Poble Nou, easy acces to subway, all you need, you have around the apart-hotel. Well equiped, with kitchen material and laundry machine.

Fabulous two bedroom apartments, we booked two as a big group of us traveled together. Very clean and spacious. Ideal for all. Close to the beach, nice little shops and bars close by. Good metro link close by. Would almost certainly stay there again.

It is located in quite area. There are a supermarket and a lot of bakeries near the hotel.

The apartment was set in a nice not so touristy area, which was both quiet and pretty. Great location for beach and lots of great restaurants, shops, bakeries etc all very close. It was very clean and modern with a range of furniture from ikea. Overall The staff were very helpful and came when needed (to replace dirty towels), and also arranged taxis for us. I would definatley recommend this apartment to anybody!

The wi-fi cut out a little bit, and the apartment smelt like sour milk so we had to go to the super market and buy an air freshener , however this smell is the drains and is everywhere in the streets at times!

The flat is of good size and renovated to a high standard. It is in Poble Nou, which is a bit further away from the city centre than I had thought. The area is slightly downmarket, but overall felt safe. There is no on site concierge, so any problem (eg to get the wireless code) you need to use your mobile to call the staff at the agency.

The apartment is situated very close to Rambla de Poblenu, which offers a very cosy atmosphere. The apartment is in a very good shape and is furnished from ikea. The beach is only 10 minutes walk away and the metro is also very close by.

The only downside was occational smell from the sewers in the apartment.

Bwh Poble Nou-Playa was spacious, clean, quiet and very reasonable! Our family of five, which includes two teenage daughters, fit very well into the three-bedroom apartment. The kitchen is well-stocked and unlike other rentals we have used in London and Paris, the pots and pans were not all scratched up. The apartment is just a few metro stops away from all of the Barcelona attractions, and we liked that it wasn't in an area over-run with tourists. The metro is easy to use, and clean. Close to the apartment is Poble Nou's Rambles where you can find tapas and other restaurants. There is also a large supermarket just a few minutes walk from the apartment. My whole family truly enjoyed staying at bwh and wished we could have stayed longer!

The appartment is very well furnished and comfortable, located in a calm city area. Kitchen and bathroom are equipped with all the necessary. Very enough space for a family with 2 children. The beach is just 15 min. By walk and it seems quite safe to walk in the evenings. On the way to the beach at the walking street Rambla de Poble Nou there are several nice & cosy cafes. The metro station Poble Nou is 5-7 min. By walk. Highly recommended!

Mukavaa, kun oli kaksi makuuhuonetta.

Keittiön pöydän ympärystila oli aivan liian pieni. Vesisateella aiheutui kohtuutonta meteliä pyykinpesuhuoneesta. Kuvat antoi ymmärtää enemmän huoneiston tasosta ja koosta.

Чистые, современные апартаменты, в тихом и спокойном переулке. Есть терраса, где приятно завтракать. Квартира оборудована всей необходимой бытовой техникой, полный набор кухонной утвари. Бесплатная парковка, в 2х минутах ходьбы. Рядом есть вся необходимая инфраструктура: метро, банк, офис мобильного оператора, рестораны, булочные, продуктовые магазины.

1. Мы жили в этих апартаментах втроем, и нам не хватало объема горячей воды имеющейся в нагревателе. Поэтому необходимо было ждать некоторое время, перед тем, как принять душ. 2. Комната, в которой расположена стиральная машина – не имеет крыши. Когда идет дождь, в одной из комнат, очень четко слышно как капли ударяются об пол. Из-за этого спать не совсем комфортно.

Curatenie impecabila, amabilitatea personalului, foarte modern, zona linistita (magazine foarte aproape, metroul este la 5 min de mers pe jos), foarte aproape de plaja , complet utilat , fabulos! / Muy limpio,muy moderno,completamente utilato, personal muy amable, zona tranquila,( el metro es cerca solo hay 5 minutos de caminar, supermercatos cercan) muy cerca de la playa, es fabuloso!
