The rooms were great. Suddenly a terrace found in the room, working jacuzzi, antique styling...

The only disadvantage were the surrounding, high buildings hiding the view and the hotel itself.

Perfect location

Beds were rather too hard !

The location was close to the Rambla and walking distance from the Marina. Clean (except for the valves on the whirlpool bath which were brown and had someone else's hair in them.)

The back alley location was not welcoming and the constant tv, conversation and loud hip hop music from the apartments opposite disturbed me all night long. I didn't like the fact that the hotel was unstaffed, but that the staff could apparently see me on camera. It gave me the impression that I was always being watched. My room had a huge window in the wall from the bedroom giving a viewing pane into the bath made it feel like a peep show! Bath was a whirlpool bath which I don't think is appropriate for a hotel due to germs gathering. Shower was only usable if held in the hand as the overbath hook pointed it at 90 degrees to the wall. I don't think it is suitable for a trip longer than one night and didn't think it was worth the 80+ Euros I paid for a double room.

Very good located, less that 10 min walk from bus stop placa d'espanya (from Airport) and in the old town. You need to car at all. Air conditioning (that in august is 'essential''! :) ) Only sounds strange that you arrive and there's no reception (well I mean no a secretar/y waiting for you at the entrance) but just a phone to connect you with them (but ansering to you at any time and in English).

Well, only thing I didn't like was the empty bar: no water in the fridge (actually 1 used bottle and 2 new ones that have been not replaced), just beers & cola no snaks... But anyway there are some nice bar 3 min walk from there

Beautifully decorated hotel and the roof terrace was a welcome addition. Fantastic location, everything within easy walking distance Would definitely stay there again. Lack of staff was not a problem as always available on the end of the phone.

Small and spartan but perfectly formed. Exactly what I needed.

A reasonable price - for Palma

It's not staffed so customer care is not there - draws attention to the details that are not right - broken spa bath, rotten woodwork around the bath - lacking in tender loving care.

It's position! Right in the heart of the city Multi channel tv, because there is nowhere to sit and relax. Excellent for short stays (less than 3 days)

Too much put into too small a space. Difficult to get to lhs of the bed ... would have been impossible for those with an ample waist. No need for Jacuzzi bath ... shower cubicle would have been sufficient and allowed more space in the room. No where to be comfortable, to sit, to relax!

Het hotelletje ligt midden in het oude centrum aan een erg rustig straatje. Je krijgt een code om het hotel binnen komen te komen en om je kamerdeur te openen. De zaak werd goed schoongehouden. Wij hadden de kamer met het dakterras. Los van het uitzicht, was dat erg fijn,speciaal voor de roker in mijn gezelschap. Zoals gezegd op loopafstand van alle relevante zaken in Palma.

Het uitzicht van het dakterras was een kolossaal kantoorgebouw. Het was wel heel erg stil. In vijf dagen tijd hebben wij verder geen levende ziel gezien, geen personeel en geen andere gasten. Ook geen ontbijt, bar, fitness of andere frivoliteiten. Contact met de hoteleigenaar verliep via fax en telefoon. De prijs is stevig gezien de omvang van de kamer en de afwezigheid van alles wat je normaal wel in een hotel aantreft.

Das Ca Sa Padrina verfügt über keine Rezeption, jedoch sind Mitarbeiter rund um die Uhr telefonisch erreichbar. Ein Taxi zum Flughafen ließ sich problemlos auf diesem Wege reservieren. Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Innenstadt von Palma und der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für einen Besuch in Palma.

Su ubicacion es central pero en una calle bastante fea.

No me gusto que me cobraran por adelantado mediante la tarjeta de credito con la cual hice la reserva aun diciendome booking que no se iba a realizar ningun cobro ya que en las condiciones del hotel decia que pagaba en el hotel. Ademas pretenden que firmes un poder para que el hotel pueda realizar cualquier cargo a tu tarjeta (en caso de algun daño) y se los envies por fax? No se si esto sea legal pero por supuesto que no iba a darles mi numero de tarjeta con mi firma en un papel, es como firmar un cheque en blanco y no sabes a quien se lo das ya que nadie da la cara en este hotel, todo es por medio de buzones,sobres y faxes. Si el hotel tiene algun problema con un cliente supongo que booking que tiene el numero de la tarjeta del huesped podra hacer algo pero esto de firmar documentos a ciegas pues como que no. Parece un hotel fantasma, da un poco de miedo y el acceso al hotel parece mas bien una puerta para entrada de mercancias.

Sa localisation

Aucun service d'hotel au sans propre du terme. Il s'agit plutot d'un etablissement du type " formule 1 " en france..... Mais en beaucoup plus cher ( 77,00€ la nuit en chambre individuelle et de plus minuscule !!!! ,... ), et ce a prestations inferieures,.... le systeme de climatisation ( fantoche ) ,....et hors service, avec une chaleur insoutenable dans la chambre,..... etablissement a proscrire !!!!! meme pour un petit budjet,

Cet établissement est très bien situé dans le quartier le plus agréable de Palma. La décoration est particulièrement soignée et de bon goût. L'organisation compte tenu du fait de la petitesse de cet hôtel sans accueil est irréprochable. Je le recommande très fortement pour un week-end chopping ou visites et sorties dans cette ville.

Vær oppmerksom på at hotellet ikke har bemannet resepsjon, men en får god veiledning i hvordan en går frem for å komme seg inn (dør med kode). Selve hotellet er lite og rommene var full av gammeldags sjarm og atmosfære.Rent og ordentlig med roomservice hver dag. Obs! noen av rommene har badekaret i rommet . Beliggenheten var suveren, midt i sentrum. Ingen betenkeligheter med å benytte oss av hotellet igjen.

La ubicacion

Aunque sea una habitacion individual, esta muy mal que te pongan para dormir una cama de 80cm y pleglabe, muy incomoda y ruidosa.

Ubicació perfecta. Malgrat que no veus ningú de l'hotel en tota l'estada, si no tens cap problema, tot el funcionament és perfecte amb les instruccions que et donen! éS força curiós... Sembla un joc de pistes.

Tot I que la seva peculiaritat és oferir un ambient rústic, hi ha alguns detalls de la decoració una mica kitsch! Hi ha wifi a totes les plantes menys a la tercera (que és on ens va tocar). Estaria bé que el posessin a tot l'edifici.
