location was superb
food choice... not a great selection..
Lift slow, wifi not free
very clean hotel
staff pleasant although very much a Spanish hotel
Great location and value for money
Nothing that I didn't like.
It was spotless and the staff were very helpful!
The average age of hotel guest was about 80!
5 mins from top of the strip. As this hotel mainly caters for retired Spaniards it is a quiet hotel but near enough to the strip (5mins) and about 15 min walk to the beach. Pool was large and warm . Food again caters for the Spanish end . If your looking for a clean quiet hotel near the strip and as we did just went b&b you wont go far wrong. Flat screen tv aircon and hair dryer and safe in room .
Thought for the price that this would have rated a average to good rating but couldn't be further from the truth. Very nice place, excellent, helpful staff.
Mainly Spanish - so no beds reserved by Brits or Germans! Pool excellent.rooms clean.shower good.no pool games all day! Also green area with trees around pool allowing shade.
Food a bit bland but adequete. Only 2 lifts.
Very clean and tidy, friendly staff. Good location to get to restaurants and bars. Would recommend.
This was mainly a hotel used by the spanish, I think we were the only English speaking people there, however it was so quiet and peaceful. Plenty of loungers at the pool and due to the majority of residents being older the pool was very quiet, the hotel was spotless and only a couple of minutes walk to the main strip full of endless entertainment. Would definitely go back but wouldn't recommend taking kids as there is nothing for them to do.
The only downside was that the breakfast was continental which suited us but if you like your full English breakfast maybe best to go room only as you can get a breakfast for as little as 2euros at most of the nearby cafés and bars
Single Beds a doble would be better
Excellent value for money, close to square, very polite staff
It was only a short walk to the strip.
Ants in the room.
Not so much a dislike,But it was a hotel for Spanish people,So a bit hard not being able to mix with people,But the Spanish people were friendly thou,Older people.
There is no surprise that here is crisis in Spain because inexperienced staff and lack of public relations.
Rudeness of staff and nonchalant manner because my wife had forgotten the ID at home and I who booked the room and my ID was not enough. By the way I am from Netherlands. A typical English shout and print of booking has helped.
Cleanliness, location and staff. Would stay again.
Breakfast stated bacon and sausage available, however, no bacon and only hot dog sausages in a tomato sauce.
The staff were friendly, even though I could not speak Spanish ha ha. The food was excellent, the cleaners did an excellent job every day, Rooms were spacious, excellent shower, & close to all amenities.
During my stay this hotel, was under external renovation & I was not informed of this & I have dust allegies. Inside the hotel the dust was minimum, but outside the main reception door, there was a big dusty skip and a chute that they were using tocsend the debris down into the skip. I had to hold my breath and run in and out of the building to avoid the dust. This hotel was mainly a Spanish holiday makers choice, however I cant complain about that, because I was in Spain & the Spanish are lovely people, however I can not speak Spanish & I was staying in this hotel alone & I met no British speaking holiday makers, & I would preferred to have been informed of this. I had a twin room & my main concern was there was only one electrical socket & that was situated in the bathroom, this is not ideal if you need more than one electrical appliance at the same time, I struggled and I stayed in this room on my own, I had to put my mobile phone on charge each night, I had to regularly get out of bed to check on the time, & check I had not missed my alarm clock going off to get me up for my breakfast on time. The air conditioning only appeared to work randomly in my room. The lifts were small, and were very slow. Could probably do with a water/soft drinks vending machine in the reception area or on each floor, because you can not purchase water unto the bar or restaurant open
