Very comfortable rooms, breakfast with fresh juice and eggs made to your liking

Bathroom needs refurbishing, toilet flush inadequate, breakfast is exactly the same every day (but the choice is large), surroundings of hotel not very pleasing to the eye (ugly concrete buildings block the view)

Very efficient service was very good without being intrusive

found the beds very uncomfortable, however the matress was changed on request and this improved the comfort

Everything! From arrival where we were shown up to our beautiful bedroom and given a complimentary bottle of cava to the helpfulness of the manager and staff, everything was perfect. It rained all weekend but that didn´t matter at all. We found a dry part of the day, had a swim in the pool and walked in the rain, found a good cafe and watched the world go by. Perfection and thanks to everyone at the hotel for making it so good.

Stayed many times and still enjoy but cleanliness in rooms is starting to slip. Also although most of the staff are excellent and willing it is noticeable that there are fewer at key times which is affecting service and professionalism.

For the first three nights of our stay they did not lay tables for dinner outside even though the weather was good and other restaurants in the area which we went to instead did do,

swimming pool is lovely and the hotel has character. The staff are very helpful. There is a Mr Grumpy bar man who initially seems unfriendly but he is actually really lovely and quite funny to watch with new guests. He makes a GREAT aperol spritz so ask him. You will know him immediately. I think he makes the place very interesting. There are nice thoughtful touches and the atmosphere around the pool was lovely.

Not on the beach and no sea view to speak of.

We made the mistake of booking to stay during the August school holidays and therefore shared our holiday with a growing number of children! Our error, not to be repeated, but not the Hotels fault.

Very nice hotel, not sure it is five star though! Pool area and gardens picturesque.

Hotel policy of allowing families with children during July and August be aware that the area for sitting out is limited so if you want peace and quiet then maybe rethink.

1. Evening restaurant is positioned to be a top one, but dishes from the standant menu were pre-cooked + stomach felt not well after set-menu dinner from the chef 2. Lack of activities and info about them

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go there again.

Fantastic location, not on the beach but so close that it doesnt matter. The pool is lovely and the general hotel is very nice. Would recommend this to anyone and would stay here again. The 5 course dinner menu on Friday nights is great value for money and the food was amazing 24eur. Also great as it was a smaller village and not to busy, perfect for a break away. If you are unsure stay here

2 single beds pushed together, 2 single beds like this is fine if there is a topper on them are they are atleast made up with one set of sheets but 2 single sets of sheets is rather annoying.

Staff extremely helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble. Room was large, clean and comfortable Sparkling wine on arrival (at 1AM), sorbet late afternoon round the pool all a very pleasant surprise. Food was exceptionally good, including picnics.

Une très bonne adresse. Hôtel au look soigné; chambre spacieuse, confortable et impeccable. Petit déjeuner complet, des produits variés et de qualité. Accueil prévenant.

Rien à redire à propos de l'hôtel. Par contre, Cala Sant Vincenç n'a rien d'extraordinaire, loin s'en faut. Certes, la mer est magnifique, mais le front de mer est bétonné, défiguré par un hôtel hideux et vieillot.

Chambre sous-sol. Formis dans la chambre et Ds le lit. Wifi ne marchait pas. Rideaux pas assez épaisses : lumière toute la nuit. Pas de salle de gym et Spa en fonction comme marque sur le site. Globalement pas un 4 étoiles, lit dur.

Die ruhige Lage und trotzdem die Nähe zum Meer ist super, viele weitere schönen Badebuchten, die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind ausgezeichnet. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich, der Service insgesamt toll. Die Terrasse über der Straße zum Frühstück ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, jedoch ist der Verkehr mehr als überschaubar - der ganze Ort war selbst im August ruhig.Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen.

Hotel con encanto. Servicio exquisito. Muchos detalles que hacen la estancia agradable.. Habitación con vistas a la piscina (muy bonita, con palmeras, etc;), a la cala y al pueblecito. Habitación y baño amplios, 35 metros. Terracita en la habitación agradable. El equipo que trabaja en el hotel es encantador y son buenos profesionales. Andando, en menos de cinco minutos, accedes a varias calas preciosas, con buen servicio de hamacas, parasoles, etc; andando en menos de cinco minutos puedes ir a supermercado, peluqueria, banco, restaurantes, cafeterías, kioscos, farmacia, etc Desde el hotel Cala San Vicenc se pueden hacer excursiones y escarpaditas muy apetecibles. Los huéspedes del hotel son perdonas educadas, que "saben estar", por tono de voz, vestimenta, etc; Muy, muy recomendable!!!

Excellent hôtel, tranquille avec un personnel très aimable, souriant. Le restaurant est très bien. La piscine est agréable.
