“ Location was perfect! just 10 minutes walk from the Ramblas. 5 minutes walk from Universitat Metro station. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The Double Room was perfect. nice bed, nice bath and very clean room. I think that this hotel is definetly worth the value!! WIFI was provided for free. ”

We loved the corner street view room with 2 balconies and king sized bed. The staff were friendly and helpful and assisted us in making a phone call with a phone card since we do not know Spanish. The girls at the front desk were always smiling. The location is perfect, close to La Rambla and the metro. We did not like being charged a fee to use the room safe. Really a daily fee of 3.60 euros?? They should just charge a refundable deposit onthe safe key.

Location, WiFi, cleanliness and comfort of bedroom. Good eating nearby... One very grumpy member of staff (evenings) refused to open the bar. Breakfast extra for €13!!. Go round the corner for half the price.

Really great place ! Old town, Rambla and metro stations are right next to the hotel. Nice room with all (all !) necessery facilities. Pleasant staff that helped me when I had problems with my credit cards. I was happy that I choose this hotel ! End of March was already quite hot in Barcelona, but I could not use air- conditioning system installed in the room, since it was still on winter mode. Window in my room faced inner space of the building with corridors. I should keep it closed with curtains all the time.

The location , the room , the staff . We had a room next to the lift on the 6th floor and could hear the noise . Next time we probably would ask for a room further away .

The staff were friendly and efficient especially those at the front desk. Also the standard of English spoken was very good. Everything was spotlessly clean. The fact that this was our fuorth stay I think speaks for itself Food in the breakfast boufet could have been a little warmer but I have noticed this in Spanish eateries JUST AN OBSERVATION NOT A COMPLAINT.

-Very closed to Metro station and Plaza Catalunya. -Very kind hotel personal. -Wi-Fi connection is perfect. Quick connection. Please do not consider the negative comments about Wi-Fi. -Too small and narrow wardrobe. Impossible to hang 4-5 pieces of wears. We could not close it when we hanged a couple of wears. We had to put our some wears on the desk and chair. As a result, the appearance of the room was not good...Inside of room seems Arabic bedouin tent... -Too small room for 2 people. -The pillows smoke cigarette. The hotel management must store the pillows and bedspreads in good conditions and keep them from people who smoke cigarette. -Only 1 chair in double room. Although we demanded a second one, no chance to get it. -Poor breakfast. Ordinary European hotel breakfast...We were expecting a Mediterranean rich breakfast... more type of cheese, olives etc...

small cosy .hotel. Good location went with friend & we both had single rooms not to exspensive. 4 blocks away from my favourite tapas bar cuidad best in barcelona.lots of restaurants near by.very helpful staff.free wifi Stayed there 4 years ago & will stay there again.. nothing

The location is really good. It is a short walk to Las Ramblas and Plaza Espanya and the rooms in the front facade have really good natural lighting. The room was not ready upon arrival (check-in at 14:00, we had to wait close to 30 minutes in the lobby). We left the "Do not disturb" sign, but the cleaning ladies entered the room to clean it all the same. Breakfast is quite limited to regular continental/English breakfasts, and tastes industrially made. The bread was close to artificial and the eggs were too buttery. English speaking is limited by the staff, so you need some basic knowledge of the Spanish language. Internet kept crashing.

Magnificent hotel, fine arrangement in relation to the downtown and the main sights. Very comfortably, purely. Were during the period with 31.12.2012 till 04.01.2013, with the husband and the child of 3 years. Very good and attentive attitude of the personnel. We would give to this hotel of 4 stars. Nice location, very much close to Airport(around 5 minute drive), shuttle bus service starts at 5:00 A.M. I was waiting in the air port for half an hour for the bus of the hotel, while it is only 1km between the airport and the hotel.
