very kind staff, really good for a holiday out of busy season, very large, varied buffet, small mall next door is very handy noise of planes flying over every hour, beach close by but very windy |

gool location on beach,good all round value easy to get to from airport the meals would need some sign on tables to say guest is finished eating,as table can be cleared to fast and guest not finished eating |

The room and hotel facilities were excellent. The food choices available for the breakfast and dinner buffet were very good. The grounds and pool areas were very well laid out and maintained. I did not think the cabaret acts provided for the evening entertainment were very good generally.The staff customer service in the Tucan poolside bar could be improved. |

Nice and friendly staff in the reception. Good service with the shuttlebus to and from the golf course. Animation was to pushy looking for activated the people. too loud music by the pool. If people wants to participate they will come by them self. |

Comfortable rooms, quiet location, but next to shopping centre, great beach 3 minute walk away. So on location and comfort I would recommend. The food was just ok, hardly 4*, servicing of rooms, hit & miss, cleaning? do they know what that is? 9 nights, my balcony was cleaned day before I was going home. But will still recommend if you get a good price. |

I stayed here in February half term and the only downside to our holiday was the weather. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were of a good size. We had a double balcony looking out over the ocean and the pool. The breakfast was fantastic I would recommend this hotel. The The evening meal was overpriced and not very varied. |

A lot of things are nice, all rooms have seaview, heated pool,comfortable rooms with international .t.v. beach closeby.good food. beds in room are to stiff, old beds by the swimmingpool. After 22.00 not much to do for teenagers or young people.Only a bar with mostly older people. Youhave to take a taxi to the center. |

Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was good. Pool facilities excellent. Excellent value. Nice lounge. 1. The fact that my booking on booking.com was not with hotel on arrival was disturbing. In the event it didnt matter as the hotel was not full, but had it been full there would have been a problem. Makes you wonder about internet booking. 2. The internet prices were extortionate and the security filter was excessive - on 3 different days I couldnt access the irish times as there was content deemed "unsuitable" for example there was a report in it one day about sexual attitudes of teenagers but we were blocked access to the whole newspaper because of this. 3. Our room had a balcony but the layout of balconies was such that the kids on the next balcony could see right into all of our room - bit innerving if you are dressing!! |

The beds were fantastic, seven feet by seven feet, total comfort. Very friendly staff, pool side very comfortable. Most of the guests seemed to be on an all inclusive package( we were not),and at times it felt like a package tour hotel, but then again it did not affect us directly. |

Хорошее месторасположения, еда замечательная. Персонал отеля доброжелательный, но сонный, пляжное полотенце полдня ждал. Полотенца и постель меняют раз в 3 дня, могли бы и почаще, учитывая, что это пляжный отель. |

Velmi solidní hotel odpovídající svému hodnocení. Stravnování, služby na velmi dobré úrovni. Hotel sice nemá svoji hotelovou pláž a za slunečníky a lehátka se na pláži platí, ale pláž není přeplněná a vždy bylo možné najít volná lehátka i slunečník. Pláž zde není příliš veliká(narozdíl od Jandíi), ale z těch co jsme během pobytu navštívili, jedna z nejlepších. Z naší strany naprostá spokojenost, můžeme doporučit. |

Heerlijk rustig hotel met leuke animatie (vooral David) en goed eten, wij hadden AI. De kamer werd helaas niet goed schoon gemaakt en de bedden (werden in 2 weken tijd) twee dagen voor vertrek verschoont (alleen die van de volwassenen). En de kamer was te klein voor 4 personen (2 volw en 2 kinderen). |
