Efficient and friendly staff, the restaurant was well appointed and the food was excellent, the location is good, away from traffic / town noise but well within walking distance for all local amenities.Would definitely use this hotel again. |

We did a lot of walking as the weather was not good, went to the shopping centre and enjoyed the music in the bar close by the hotel. It looked a bit like a prison inside, would look better with a few sofas dotted around the large corridors or some artificial plants. |

rooms were lovely and clean, hotel design good,nice location, some friendly staff, late checkout at no charge, wireless internet in reception bar but no one to serve even at the very empty pool, bad lighting everywhere, restaurant looked like left overs, so quiet bit spookey, only good thing was location and nice rooms.no entertainment at all.would recommend only for people who want a nice room as a base and go out every day |

Cleanliness, modernity of installations The person at the reception was very unwelcoming. Though the enormous apartohotel was practically empty, he refused to give us a room with a sea view. Security was lacking, anyone could walk in, the corridors were v long, and ours was unlit. We could'nt see the lift button, or our bedroom door. We felt very unsafe. The night receptionist was helpful and tried to help us, and managed to get part of the corridor lights working, though it was still very dark. |

Personnel très sympathique et suites à un très bon rapport qualité prix. Restauration médiocre. Les aliments baignaient souvent dans l'huile et étaient rarement chauds. Heureusement que le personnel était fort sympathique. |

Se questo e' un 5 stelle..??? staff di 10 persone al massimo, ci siamo dovuti portare le valigie.. camera con armadio rotto, cassaforte bloccata, no tv in camera.. va bene che non e' alta stagione ma cosi.. facilities tutte a pagamento e molte non usufruibile il sabato.. da non ritornare assolutamente |

El personal muy amable, habitacion muy amplia con una terraza grande, piscina amplia, wifi en zonas comunes y gym El spa no es gratuito, poca limpieza de las zonas comunes (escaleras), primer dia ascensor sin funcionamiento y se confundieron al darnos la habitacion en la llegada(estaba sucia).desayuno no incluido!!hotel muy grande pero poca categoria para ser un 5 estrellas. |

Ubicación tranquila en frente del mar. Buffet con poca variedad de comida. No reponen. No incluye bebidas. Sólo tiene 2 canales de TV. No limpian las habitaciones el 2º día en la estancia de fin de semana. |
