Score from 768 reviews Very good
The location (right on a beautiful beach with cliffs on both sides, vicinity of shops, restaurants, and bars), amazing sea view from the restaurant, swimming pool (and our room), very good lunches and dinners (except for the drinks). The staff was very helpful and kind.
Waiting in line to be seated for meals (even when the restaurant was not full, some empty tables were reserved for groups of travelers). Not enough space around the buffet tables. The drinks: fruit juices at breakfast, beer, wine for lunch and dinner. The bread at breakfast seemed one day old.
Great value for money
Just reception guys was fantastic!
Menu was poor,i had all inclusive and every day i had to buy something from town centre to eat coz food was so horrible i dont think so i gonna back to this place anymore.. unhappy
Nice staff, nice pool, good value for money.
It is a cheaper hotel, and therefor the standard is not the best. The rooms feel a bit old and worn, the food is average.
Staff were very good. Buffett food was good quality for amount of people at the hotel. Location next to the beach and close to town.
Family room was in need of a refurb. Bit of an ant problem.
Location; superb coastal walks and little coves. Close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful.
Hotel is a little "tired" but not drastically so. Car crime is prevalent in the area.
location, location, location just perfect swimming pool and the views, beach most of the staff but not all, students from warsaw where great :)
drinks were very poor and the choice for all inclusive was not great. When booking we had no choice to upgrade for all inclusive gold. rooms were very out dated and need improvment, beds uncomfortable and ants in the room poor wifi conection very expensive sea view room, wifi, parking.... very boring and no entertainment
Location Rooms Pool Weather Distance from airport
Peebles beach Food
Beach and pool
Very old furniture, slow elevators, mediocre food and lines to eat
The view is beautiful the food not bad
The rooms are extremly old with a heavy smell of staleness not to mention the ancient furniture. The beds are so old and soft that you sink and I wasn't able to sleep properly.
food could be better, wifi not included, casse forte not included, room "old fashion"
The saving grace of this hotel is that it is right on the beach. So if you are persistent enough to get a water side room you can lose yourself in the view (if you can block out all the other balconies staring your way).
Wifi at 5euro per day was terrible and cut out every few minutes. The line for breakfast was long and we felt like we were dining in a huge high school cafeteria. Noise through the halls echoed. The beds squeaked and pillows were flat as pancakes. No mini fridge in the room. I could go on...
Breakfast, lunch and dinner (business model of "all inclusive" destroys quality for "pay-as-you-eat" customers. Cheap and crowdy. Never again! Visited hotel several times decades ago, and quality has severely decreased.
We stayed only one night, but I wish it had been longer. Our hotel room was HUGE and had a large balcony overlooking the pool terrace and beach. The beach and surrounding areas were just beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.
- Close to the center of the city and to the beach.
- "All includes" doesn't mean all includes! You have some things includes and others you have to pay a half of the price. - The buffet are really bad! They refresh the food of yesterday whith sauces! - The drink's of the "all includes" are very bad! They not have coca-cola or pepsi, they have some kind of drink they call cola! Everything, food or drinks have no quality at all! - The room we stay have been clean at 3pm, even if we get out at 9am. So, if you want to sleep after dinner, forget it! - The pool has not protected in the night for the childrens! Very dangerous! - You have to wait for enter and seat in the dinning room because they don't have enough space for all the clients! You can enter when the others have finish to eat or waiting at the door to b in the firsts ones.
We we're put in a room with wonderful sea views, great location.staff was good and food great...where the hotel is the beach is in a little cove which is great also had on the beach a great little cafe/bar
Wifi not free and very difficult to use in room.they seem to charge for everything -even though seem to have plenty of parking area still was a 7 euro per day charge.had major problems with air conditioner throughout our stay
friendly helpful staff, great breakfast choices, relaxed atmosphere, great views, near the town,
cannot buy food at the hotel, only catered for all inclusive residents - big let down
