Grand Hotel Callao  

Food was excellent if a bit limited in choice. Wine was good and reasonably priced. Spa and gymn were excellent

Misleading informations and unpleasant behavior of hotel stuff, mold on room walls, not changing bed sheets... they simply don't reach **** quality.

Location

There is absolutely no way this hotel should have 4 stars and I am following up with Spanish standards to put in a formal complaint .... standards in Tenerife are definitely not like in main land Spain

Good location (if you have car) and nice environment

The Wi-fi just worked 1 day out of 7! The Spa/Sauna is not included, you have to pay extra...

Nice view of the sunsets from the elevated position, provided you had a room with a sea view which we had to insist on on arrival in spite of request at booking stage. Heated pool

Spa area

Very poorly maintained in the room and bathroom Outside seating was not put out with the cushions etc, they were heaped up in and around the bar. The hotel seemed to be without any management that was able to ensure that daily routine work was carried by the staff

with one exception, very helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. good and plentiful food, good pools with many sunbeds, a relaxing holiday

long way too beach and shops, car a must. bar restaurant manager took a instant dislike to me small detail 301 has the boiler exaust for spa and indoor pool at the bottom of the patio. it fires up with a bang, stays on for 8 minutes, turns off for 6 minutes all day and all night

I thought the hotel was good value for money. The food was very good and wine/drinks reasonably priced. It was a bonus that one of the outdoor pools is heated. The hotel doesn't offer fantastic entertainment in the evening although there was a BBQ on the Friday evening which was very nice and created a little more socialising amongst the guests. The hotel is near a bus stop which is handy, otherwise, it's a bit of a walk to the nearest bars etc which aren't all that great in my opinion, we only bothered going out once. The hotel is a little remote and the local area is quiet.

The location is a little too remote and not much entertainment in the evening.

Trato de llegada correcto. Idem de salida. Atendieron nuestra solicitud de cena fría por llegada tardía del avión. Servicio de habitaciones correcto y no molesto. Dispone de parada de autobus cerca y buena comunicación por carretera para desplazamientos a los principales puntos de interes de la isla.

Quizás un poco lejos de la civilización. Se precisa de vehículo para desplazamientos.

A parte de que tenían una plaga de moscas que llegaron a caernos en un zumo, los jardines muy descuidados. Y la habitación sucia y los jardines exteriores fatal

Der Pool war sehr schön,alles sehr sauber und vor allem sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Auch die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und die eigene terasse war ein Highlight.

Das Personal war unfreundlich wie noch nie, bis auf einen guten Herrn an der Rezeption, sehr patzig, unmotiviert und kein Deutsch, bzw. Kaum englisch. Eine Dame an der rezeption hat "angeblich" erst am vierten Tag im Hotel gemerkt, dass man deutschsprachig ist, obwohl sie am ersten Tag auf deutsch angesprochen wurde und total ahnungslos getan hat. Das angekündigte WLAN in der Lobby war in 7 Tagen genau einmal vorhanden, angeblich schlechte verbindung. WLAN auf dem Zimmer wurde leider nur total überteuert angeboten und es wurde auch nicht entgegengekommen als das WLAN in der Lobby nicht ging. Der SPA bereich hat für 3stunden!!! Glatte 15 Euro gekostet!!! Essen war oftmals sehr fettig und leider immer wieder das selbe, einige Sachen waren aber wohl in ordnung. Ein Grillabend oder ein anderes Abendprogramm wäre sehr schön gewesen, stattdessen gab es immer nur einen Alleinunterhalter in der Lobby der leise gesungen bzw. Keyboard gespielt hat.

Opvarmet swimmingpool var helt fantastisk. God mad. Kørestolsvenligt. Roligt hotel. Hjælpsom personale. Fremragende udsigt, i hvert fald fra vores værelse. Hyggeligt med levende musik. Det var en betingelse for os med med gratis WiFi internet, som også fungerede fint.

Rengøringsstandarden på nogle steder kunne godt have været lidt bedre.

La literie, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas pourtant nous l' avons signalé le 1er jour. 21H est un peu tôt pour la fin du repas du soir surtout en Espagne.

el hotel nos gusta y decidimos ir porque conocemos el spa y algunas instalaciones y nos gusta mucho lo que es el hotel en sí.

no me a gustado que la habitación con bañera de hidromasaje era muy calurosa, que a parte de lo que uno paga para quedarse no incluyan la bebida en la media pensión o que por lo menos exista un descuento por ser canario. ademas lo que es el jacuzzi no funcionaba correctamente, creo que deberían de haberlo recompensado de alguna manera.

El spa.

He estado en este hotel hace 2 años, por eso he vuelto a escogerlo como destino de mis vacaciones. Lamentablemente desde entonces el servicio y calidad del hotel y sobretodo la calidad del bufet ha empeorado notablemente. El precio de la noche no corresponde en absoluto con el servicio y calidad ofrecida, el bufet ha sido pésimo y el mantenimiento de las habitaciones ha dejado mucho por desear. Desde luego que no volvere a reservar este hotel para mis proximas vacaciones en Tenerife. El bufet era horroroso, cocinado mal y productos de pésima calidad, y reaprovechados los días siguientes con combinaciones imposibles y horarios de bufet muy poco flexibles (cena de siete a nueve, recogiendo a las nueve menos cuarto).En habitaciones,paredes y puertas algo desconchadas y con humedades y bombillas fundidas, y el volumen de la tv no se puede regular bien, parking con poco espacio para aparcar en hotel. El servicio e instalaciones del spa es bastante mejor que el del hotel.

Su Spa es muy bueno con un personal muy profesional

La limpieza de las habitaciones muy tardia, supongo que por falta de personal.

en los folletos ponen que hacen descuento a clientes ,,para el spa,,y luego el spa no lo hace o no sabe nada,,eso no me gusto,,aunque el spa,,esta muy bien..
