The staff were very nice BUT the biggest problem was the food. The pools were impressive but a bit cold as the weather was cold at Easter.

The food was very poor. It would be the only reason for us not going back.

No towels at swimming pool Staff at reception could not speak english and no information about tours etc. No fridge in room we had to pay for the safe we had to leave a deposit for the tv remote. two very large beds in room so not much room to move about Bathroom steaming up very quickly. not much entertainment in the evening .

Very close to the beach, bus stop at the door to go anywhere and everywhere and things like atm shops ,etc close by. Pool was great, staff at restaurant were very helpful and accomodating.

Staff at reception particulary in the mornings weren't the friendliest at all, two of them in particular looked like they didn't want to be there, and that was a bit dissapointing because they are the first people to meet you when you walk in.The blonde lady in the evening, however was most polite and helpful.The facilities were good however some of them weren't available like the pool bar or the ice cream shop, don't know whether they were closed permanently or because the hotel wasn't full they didn't think it was worth opening them.

It was close to the beach, good facility and the room was clean. Staff are very helpful.

This is a family orientated facility. Not really suited for couples without kids. If you happen to get a room facing the pool there is non stop music (noise) till midnight. No time to relax. Breakfast and meal time are busy. No imagination for food, always the same foods.

Very close to the beach. Good swimingpool area. Friendly staff in general. Good relation quality/prize as this hotel is cheaper than other simmilar in the sourrandings.

Hotel in general looks very old fashioned (hall, rooms, restaurant, bar...). Poor buffet menu (except deserts). Half days of our stay, our room was not cleaned in a timely manner (some days it was cleaned after 4 pm and 1 day was not cleaned at all). There are only 2 elevators in the hotel for 4 peaople each, so this is a problem when you are comming with luggage, or everybody is coming down for breakfast at the same time. Tennis, basketball and soccer courts and mini-golf are not free (5 euros per hour). Parking is not free (10 euros per day). We get it free for the week we stay there as in our "booking" reservation (made 2 months ago) it clearly stayed that the hotel had free parking for hotel guests. However, the hotel management changed the parking and sport courts for payment now in July 2012.

Is very good hotel.

La ubicacion, porque ya conociamos la zona y ese nos iba perfecto, ya que ese trozo de playa para nosotros es perfecto. Mucha tranquilidad en los alrededores

La comida: pesima variedad/calidad. No es ni mucho menos de un 4*, en hoteles de 2* he comido mejor. Para colmo, el ultimo dia se fue la luz y el agua y no habia ni un generador de emergencia. Fatal. Los ascensores solo 2 muy lentos para todo el hotel. Genera desconfianza que tengas que dejar deposito para el mando de la tele y el minibar de la habitacion. No vuelvo a ese hotel, seguro.

unicamente el precio de la habitacion

esta aislado, no hay servcicios de ninguna clase alrededor, es un hotel unicamente de habitacion/playa, y la cuatro estrellas si pasara una inspeccion seguro que alguna le quitaria, de hecho los clientes no se veian de hotel de cuatro estrellas... pero solo para dormir puede pasar.

Rien a redire un hotel tres propre le personnel tres sympathique et qui font l effort de nous parler en francais

Me ha gustado practicamente todo de este hotel,,sobre todo lo confortable y limpieza de las habitaciones,,la comida es otro aspecto a destacar,,,muy aceptable,,,tambien me gusto mucho la piscina,,,preciosa,,,totalmente recomendable,,,

No destacaria nada que no me haya gustado,,,,estuve un fin de semana...y puedo decir que os daria un sobresaliente

cortina descolgada en la habitacion. somier de 150 Y colchon de 135, toallas amarillentas, desayuno justito, solo una maquina de cafe

hôtel mal isolé bruit dans les couloirs.

La comida,la piscina,todo en general.

Está un poquito viejo,pero me imagino que un gran arreglo supondría un aumento de precio.

Le personnel est très attentif au bon soin du client. Des gens formidables ! Rien à dire de plus, sinon que l'on ne partirait jamais de Cambrils !

Restaurant excellent. Personnel très sympathique.

Chambres mal isolées. Draps et couvertures trop petits. Transats de piscine non réglables

He hecho una reserva para un hotel en madrid y a pesar de que la cancelacion era gratuita, me han quitado 67 euros de la cuenta.

L'accueil/ Le bar

Hotel trop éloigné des magasins/ Bouffe très peu variée et pas de qualité/ Hotel bruyant/ Pas d'animation de qualité

Das Zimmer mit den zwei Balkonen und dem Rundumblick.

Außer den beiden Nachttischlampen keine weitere Beleuchtung im Zimmer.

proximidad a la playa y facil de aparcar. la piscina y la terraza muy bien.

por el precio/servicios, no se puede considerar un 4 estrellas. el buffet bastante bien aunque poco logrado para niños. no está ni en cambrils ni en Salou, un poco en media de la nada

La comida

Por precio calidad, casi todo, es bonito, comodo, limpio, el servicio, etc

No es céntrico, pero compensa q tiene más traquilidad. La comida muy simple y de poca calidad, pero dado el precio, aceptable.
