friendly staff, great restaurant and food (excellent buffet breakfast), very clean and comfortable rooms, free parking available poor internet connection - kept interrupting both in the room (4th floor) and in the lobby.

Clean and comfortable, easy to find just off the a7 and handy for overnight to/from Alicante airport. Wifi worked in the room, proper hairdryer, free parking and there is a nice bar, plus a buffet style restaurant serving menu at approx 14€, which I didn't try. No negatives really, but just to mention that it is located on an industrial estate (with a lot of shoe factory outlets) and not near town/facilities.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I booked the room for my cousin, her car broke down on the way up. I called the hotel and they postponed the reservation until the car was repaired. Good atmosphere and they allow pets, which was very important for her. The hotel has a restaurant, which also is a plus for travelers and late arrivals. Highly recommended.

Goed gelgen nabij de autoweg vanuit het vliegveld. Ontbijt geneog en prima. Prijs-kwaliteit uitstekend. Auto nodig om naar het centrum te gaan.

Es que ya lo conozco y siempre que viajo a Elche me ospedo en este hotal. Es que me han a costumbrado a una botellita de agua pequeña en la habitación y tenia que tomar una pastilla y ahora no la ponen. (aunque lo solucioné rapido)...

El personal del hotel, la limpieza y las habitaciones son bastante modernas. La cama está muy bien, y el detalle del café en la habitación. Además tienen canal + en la tv de las habitaciones. En el baño tienen un aparato de calor para calentar el baño. Las ventanas no tienen persianas, asi que como se te olvide echar la cortina, a las 7 de la mañana la luz que entra te despierta. La ubicación es malísima; está rodeado de fábricas, en un callejón y al lado del tanatorio. En el baño no hay enchufes, así que si que es una odisea si te quieres afeitar o conectar la plancha del pelo, ya que tienes que irte a enchufarlo a la zona del escritorio, pero el espejo está en el otro extremo de la habitación. En el baño faltan toallas de mano y bidé. El armario es muy pequeño y muy incómodo para meter la ropa. La señal wifi es bastante baja

Tiene lo justo pero todo bien. El parking es cerrado y gratuito. En la habitación hay servicio de calienta agua y set de cafe e infusión. Esta limpio, ¿qué más se quiere por 39 euros? Negativo: esta en las afueras. Es para gente de negocios que vaya al polígono o gente que tenga coche.

Me gusto que tuviera bastantes canales de tv incluido enl canal +, y que en los baños salga rápidamente el agua caliente. La calefacción tambien esta muy bien. Deberían de incluir dos almuadas por persona en vez de una sola. Y los precios de los menus diarios tanto para desayunar, comer y cenar deberían ser más baratos. Asi los viajeros se quedarían a comer más en el hotel y no tendrían que irse fuera.

A proximité de l'autoroute et bien balisé, donc facile à trouver. Accueil très aimable du personnel (en anglais et un peu en français). Chambre propre et confortable pour ce type d'hotel. Le restaurant était fermé, mais se rendre en ville ne présente pas de problème le soir. On trouve facilement à se parquer et il y a plein de petits restaurtants au centre ville. Contrairement aux hotels Campanile en France, il n'y a pas de "restaurant- étape" qui font le plaisir des Campaniles.
