The staff in the reception were really friendly and very helpful. The site itself and accommodation was kept extremely clean and tidy the pool was very clean. The facilities were excellent. The beach was a short walk away.

A lot of things cost extra on arrival that maybe should be included in the cost such as the car parking when there is an unused space for each bungalow, the wifi and the air con.

Significant part of night a private disco was in the camping, extremely noisy, nobody was able to sleep.

The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly The entire campsite was spotless The air con in the bungalow made for a very comfortable stay The whole place was really chilled out, great for relaxing and unwinding

The lack of taxis/other forms of public transport. The campsite is over an hours walk from the main town. Buses are very infrequent and the service stops very early. It is also extremely difficult to get a taxi

Loved the bungalows - ideal for a self catering holiday Walking to the beach which was very near Very clean and staff were great Pool clean and tidy

Having to pay extra for bedding The air con was 9 euros a day too Our £150 deposit wasn't refunded until we checked out so we had to pay the full amount at check in - this wasn't made clear online when booking Food was poor on site

Excellent place to relax and recharge the batteries during the festival away from the madness! The staff were always polite and helpful. The room was very comfortable, clean and cool with the air con. Pool was a bit busy but we usually managed to get a sunbed. Fantastic for the price, id definitely stay and get the shuttle to the festival again!

Location is far end of oropresa, but it's only 10 mins walk and the shuttle to benicassim is very reliable.

The pool was nice for the money's worth, the cafe was cheap for cheap food. Bungalows spacious enough if you move the big table to the corner, the patio is nice to sit and relax. Supermarket 10/15 min walk away

The staff their were not rude but 'ogled' a lot, as 4 18 year olds it was very uncomfortable. The payment were not clear that extra money is taken out for booking fee (in the small print!) they didn't provide toilet roll which is a necessity (?!) and also bin bags. Not much extra entertainment other than a small stage and pool and table tennis

We liked the cabin - it was clean with good décor and facilities. We liked the swimming pool and bar. We didn't try the restaurant. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We liked the beach.

We weren't so keen on all the apartment blocks and there was no nearby centre or restaurants. It would be nice if there was a shuttle bus in the day.

I stayed here with a friend for the Benicassim festival and will definitely be coming back!! The site was great with a fab little bungalow and a lovely pool. The staff were really helpful. The bus to the festival is expensive at 60 EUR return for the 4 days, but once we figured out where to get it from (!) it made the whole trip easy. We arrived the day before the festival, and there is not much nightlife in the area near the campsite, so don't stay for longer if that is what you are after! There is a small shop on site but only really sells water, ice, soft drinks and camping bits and pieces. However there is a huge supermarket about 10-15 mins walk away that you will find everything you need! We took a coach from Valencia airport (1 hour away) which drops you at the festival site. We had booked another coach to then take us to Oropesa, but I wouldn't do this again. If there are not many people booked on it, it doesn't bother going! So we just took a cab straight to Oasis, which costs about 15-20 EUR from the FIB site. This is a fab place - def recommended!!
