Loved it!
An absolutely stunning town - and incredibly located for visiting the best calas / beaches on the island, which are all within 15-20 mins by car.
The town looks great (traditional Mallorcan architecture), has a warm but quiet energy, amazing restaurants and a beautiful church with a tall peak - which is something of a centre-piece to the town.
I thought See Salines would be a smaller, not so nice version of Santanyi.
But having been to both, I would say in fact that Santanyí is a larger, not as nice version of Ses Salines (which definitely has the edge).. One of the best towns on the island, for sure!

The city itself is so small and quite with very limited dining option, but you can easily reach beaches on the east coast. If you got bored of the city you can drive to cala d'or for more night life and better dinning options.

Ses Salines is the perfect place for anyone who is looking for a place to just relax and enjoy the countryside. From Waking up to the sound of roosters singing in the morning to beautiful landscapes.
I had the chance to visit calla Lombard’s beach which was very beautiful.
There’s a ranch called “rancho Grande Park” that offers horse back riding, food and horse show. There are also some restaurants which really nice decors and beach view.
.The location is wonderful for family with young kids. You can access to the beautiful sandy beach within 3 minutes walk. The apartment is tastefully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. We have received a very warm welcome from Hubert, the best owner we have experienced. He is always there to answer our questions and even helped us on the first day to get some grocery from the bigger supermarket in the neighbouring city. Blue House will always be our choice of Holiday staying in mallorca. Thank you.
Very spacious. Has everything you need from a kitchen to a fully equipped walk in bathroom, even has an outside area to relax with a pool. There is also Netflix on the tv which was an unexpected bonus that came in handy alot.
The property area has many restaurants for tapas, Italian, Mediterranean and a few bars too! All in all my stay here was 10x better than I ever expected and will 1000% be coming back to this exact place. Highly recommend staying here, very very good value for money.
Josep was an incredibly helpful, kind, generous, warm and responsive host and it really added to the experience of our stay.
This villa is perfect and great value for money if you’re wanting a more peaceful but well-located base to explore the Mallorcan east coast from.
Great kitchen, spacious living/dining room (perfect for a family/group of friends) and the pool was a fantastic bonus to cool off throughout the day when you’re not at the beach. A/C was perfect.
We loved everything about this place. Second visit, and took family with us this time as wanted to share the experience with them. My father is in a wheelchair and everything was accessible to him without him feeling a burden. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much!
Such a beautiful rural paradise.
plus only 15 mins walk from fabulous restaurants. Perfect!
Would definitely recommend.
We will definitely be back.
Our room was very large, clean, and so charming. We had just arrived to Majorca, jetlagged and exhausted, and this was just the right place for us. We had lunch up the road at their rural hotel, which is beautiful too, and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Big thumbs up for the relaxed antique beauty, sparkling cleanliness and value.
Breakfast was included and it was really good. The location of the property is very close to any beach on the south east side of the island. Definitely I have no regrets taking this place instead of pricy hotels by the shore. As you already have the car it is easy to go anywhere but this place is a gem to find.
it’s an lovely place perfect for groups up to 8 people, great as a start for visiting different coasts and beach’s (by car)
you can also walk into a small city for restaurants and stuff
the owner, Tino, is awesome and super friendly - thanks so much!
Such a beautiful hotel in the middle of a nondescript town. But convenient to amazing beaches and other towns in the area. The pool area was seriously an oasis. So calm and peaceful. Room was nice and updated. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Location of the hotel was nice.Facilities so bad -swimming pool so dirty..sunny beds dirty…bedsheets instead of white-creamy with so many marks …bathroom in a poor condition-shower door so east
Perfect location to explore the east of Mallorca. Decor throughout was beautiful. Staff and food were amazing. We spent 2 weeks in Mallorca and this by far was our favorite hotel.
Location is outstanding, the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfy, nice easy breakfast, beautiful pool area like old finca style surroundings, Mallorcan magical
