The hotel is in an 18th century building that has been beautifully restored, it's quiet and private. Our suite was huge and spacious with a fabulous view of the Church up the hill. The breakfast was delicious and all homemade by the hosts Susan and Alex, they were super friendly and very helpful. The pool area is stunning with spectacular mountain views. 30mins drive from the airport and great base to drive from to other towns. There are few nice restaurants nearby within walking distance.
Our stay was as comfortable as it could get - we arrived in the evening and a hotel provided its guests with dinner (paid extra) which was just amazing (5* dinner which consisted of five foods - excellent), we got a room with a terrace (also amazing - the view, the feeling), room was extra large with high ceilings and exceptional design.
To sum up - during our stay we felt so amazing and so good. Definitely worth every cent you pay!
Fantastic property that was quaint yet offered all the daily services which we wanted from a hotel without having to stay in a giant facility to receive them. We stay at vacation rentals frequently and chose this property over many short term rentals as it felt like we had our own private home. The owners were incredibly resourceful, friendly and wonderful people! We highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed
Great location on the edge of Selva, so easy to park, but still only 500m from the main sq with its cafe, bakery and restaurants. Away from the regular tourist traps. We sat in the square and watched a local wedding - best people watching ever, authentic Mallorca. House exceeded expectations, incredibly very well thought out. Hosts went the extra mile, the house is clearly a labour of love!
Lived up to the stellar reviews! You can tell that the owners put alot of thought into every aspect of your stay. The service was personable and pleasant, the rooms were quiet and comfortable, and the food was delicious (I would say one of our favorite meals on the island was our dinner at the hotel).
Alex and Susan were delightful. We hope to stay here again :)
Everything was perfect! Such a calm environment of the cozy town of Selva, the food - there is a great choice at breakfast + you can ask for a freshly made omelette or scrambled eggs!!
Our room was in the second building, which is an renovated historical house with unique atmoshere.
We were more than satisfied and even wanted to prolong it for 2 more days.
Beautiful place, had a great room with balcony and nice view. It's quiet, breakfast is nice, liked the pool and the garden. They have an honor system bar and free water. Toni is super nice and very helpful. Selva is a nice little village well located to reach other places on the island. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
We had a lovely stay in this property, newly renovated located in Selva. The room is very clean and spacious. Bed big and comfortable and breakfast delicious.
The owner Miguel went out of his way to make everything perfect for us, even under unexpected circumstances.
Highly recommend staying here.
The hotel is beautiful. A real boutique hotel, carefully furnished, and all amenities are excellent. The honesty bar and self service is a great concept, we feel at home! the location is fantastic. We loved the views from the pool and breakfast area. Our room was huge. The breakfast delicious.
Everything! The couple running the hotel are lovely, super attentive and make your stay perfect. The breakfast was super nice and you have a lot of options to choose from. The location in Selva is also very good, close to the center but not right in the middle where parking would be tricky.
Characterful & pretty remote. Joan is lovely and very engaging. Selva short taxi ride away. The pool is a masterpiece of appropriate design for setting. Breakfast was all you could want. Showers were a dream.
Well done Joan & team, you've created a great space.
The breakfast was good, a nice selection of continental style breakfast. The location was good. Parking was a little difficult. The room was clean and had a homely touch . Our room had a balcony so loved it. Would definitely go back.
The name on the gate did not match the name on Booking.com. Booking.com showed Finca Alzina 454 and the gate showed S'alcinar. Would make finding the property much easier if these matched!
It was clean, good size room, nearby Selva center, a bit difficult to park, but we manage it. Good breakfast. Nice and welcoming staff. Thanks for our 3 days stay😊
