El diseño y la atencion

Es un hotel pequeño, sin los lujos de los grandes hoteles (teléfono en la habitación, servicio 24H...), pero con todo lo que nosotros pedíamos (una neverita, un baño limpio y bonito, decorado con mucho gusto, y con el asesoramiento continuo en cuanto a excursiones del dueño del hotel). Situación excelente dentro de la parte antigua de Alcudia. Patio precioso para los desayunos.

Al estar en ciudad es algo ruidoso a la hora de dormir.

Estuve dos noches en este hotel,se encuentra en el centro de Alcudia. Sus dueños te hacen sentir cómo en tú propia casa. Las habitaciones son amplias,muy bonitas y la limpieza intachable. Tengo que dar las gracias a Toni y a su mujer por la estancia tan agradable que nos han hecho pasar. Espero volver...

Amabilidad propietarios. Comfortable. Casa señorial.

Un poco ruidoso al estar en el centro de la villa

The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing and we were made to feel very much at home. We enjoyed being able to have breakfast in the garden and being able to make tea or coffee and take it into the garden at any time during the day or evening. The owners could not have been more helpful.

Only stayed 1 night,if I had more time I would liked to have stayed longer. Huge comfortable bed and nice antique furniture. Very peaceful given the town location (if you don't mind church bells). The owner was very helpful, pointing out access to the kitchen facility, i.e kettle tea/coffee and microwave, which may prove useful if on a budget. If eating out I can certainly recommend the Bistro 1909 just around the corner on Calle Mayor. The meal of the day is excellent value.

Everything-personal attention, lovely building with garden and room with terrace, great wifi, fabulous small town.

Dont bring a big car as the streets which are so clean they seem to be polished every day are very narrow.

A great place to stay within the old town of Alcudia. Very quiet, yet centrally located. Close to some lovelly small shops and cafes. With only six rooms it really can feel like you are a house guest. The owner is very helpful. It was good to be able to make your own tea or coffee at anytime during the stay.

Our bed was a little hard, however, when pointed out to the owner she showed us how to adjust it.

it is a beautiful old villa right in the heart of delightful, pedestrian, Alcudia old town. There is a private, quiet and relaxing courtyard, a large kitchen available to guests at all times The hosts were friendly and helpful It is a close walk (10-15 mins to beautiful cove beaches, as well as the long sandy strand of puerta Alcudia

Can Tem"s owners are truly very friendly people, they have created a fantastic family atmosphere. The furnitures and the interior design are great. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast is very good, includes home made cakes. A great vale for money!!

Everything! Room was clean and air-conditioned. Bathroom was large, with nice tub/shower combination. Owners were very friendly and helpful in assisting with directions and advice for things to do. They could not have been nicer. Room came with buffet breakfast, which was a nice selection of meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, etc. Location was great - right within the old section of Alcudia. Walking to the beach was easy, but a bit long. It is on the other side of the island from the airport, so be prepared for a hefty taxi charge (about 80 - 90 Euros one-way).

Can Tem was a lovely hotel to stay at. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were of a very good size with lovely decor. The little courtyard where you ate breakfast was very relaxing.

The location was quite a walk from any beaches and also our pick up bus wouldn't venture into the old town to drop us off or pick us up. We had to walk 30 mins to the nearest 'beach resort' hotel to be collected. However if you want an old town spanish environment then it is in the ideal location

The hotel is an old city stone house. Very charming and beautiful! The room was big and the bathroom even bigger. The owners are very helpful and give good advice of where to eat, different kinds of resturents, where to go for a swim and so fort. The breakfast was very good with many options. We will certenly chooise this hotel again.

Wonderful interior hotel in the old town, quiet, relaxing, comfortable and central. Excellent hosts and a simple yet delicious and fresh breakfast.

Great hosts. Friendly, helpful. Exceptionally clean. Lovely quiet location within city walls. Would not want to have stayed anywhere else within alcudia. Good range of shops in immediate vicinity, enabling holiday shopping. Market held twice per week. Great range of restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Good bus service to many other resorts, very cheap. Taxi service on doorstep, very reasonable prices.

Alcudia! town is horrendous if you don't like cheap, tacky, loud, noisy, dirty. Can tem only offers a continental breakfast, this is very limited, and hotel is a good 20 minute walk from the nearest beach. Don't bother with the beach in main town, horrible, take bus to Porto pollensa or Porto Christo.

Very nice hotel and courtyard only complaint bed to firm for our tastes but would stay again.

The hotel is lovely-beautifully restored and maintained. The courtyard and garden are very peaceful and a relaxing place to sit in the sun.The owners are very friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.Our room was so comfortable and a lovely place to spend a week's holiday. The location is superb and I will hopefully return to spend another holiday here.

Klein aber fein! Eine Oase mitten in Alcudia. Freundliche, sehr nette Begrüssung und Betreuung durch die Eigentümer. Nirgendwo so gut geschlafen wie im Can Tem. Der Tag startet mit dem Frühstück im ruhigen, sonnigen Innenhof - perfekt.

Super sauber. Hilfsbereite u freundliche Eigentümer. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Tolle zentrale Lage. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit.

Den største overraskelse på Mallorca. Et MEGET smukt og romantisk hotel, simpelheden bliver overvældende. Hvis vi kunne ville vi flytte ind permanent. Den venlige kvindelige ejer kunne være vores mor.

das Zimmer war etwas laut - da das Fenster direkt auf die Gasse runter ging

L'accueil des hôtes et la qualité de la chambre, décoration très bien pensé alliant l'art et la simplicité, le choix des matériaux sans oublier la cour intérieure pour y petit déjeuner au soleil en toute tranquillité
