Very central location - walk everywhere. clean, comfortable; friendly staff. Has a WASHING MACHINE!! Very well appointed.

It is possible to hear other rentors in nearby apartments; a little hard to find. But these remarks do not detract from the experience.

Aircon als Heizung ist etwas laut. Im Zimmer wurde auch schon geraucht.

Parking near the hotel entrance. The studio was very good. Entrance in Teatro Romano at 500 m from the hotel.

A great find in central Merida with a reasonably-priced parking garage next door. Couldn't be better---brand new, contemporary, sparkling clean with every convenience one could want! If you want to eat-in, you've got an fully fitted, amazing kitchen or there are good cafes and restaurants within a block or two walk. We thought the days of getting such great lodging at this low of a price were gone, but the Capitolio is a great exception! The internet photos are right on----This is a great find!

Some reception staff spoke little English---brush up on your basic Spanish if you have serious questions to ask or bring a dictionary.

Everything. What was not to like about this place. So pleased that we had read other reviews. Ended up staying 3 nights. Staff even with their limited English could communicate well. They even walked me around to show me where the supermarket was. Able to walk to all sites. Bonus having the washer/dryer in the room and able to cook meals also. Would definitely recommend to others.

One of the best apartments we've ever stayed in.

The apartment was spacious, well kept and perfectly located to all the sites of Merida. Unlike a hotel, it has everything in there to enable you to enjoy the city and environs without having to worry about whether you'll miss the breakfast session! A perfect base to use to explore the region.

The Capitolio Apartamentos, by their nature, have no common areas. However, the apartment facilities were excellent and very good value for money. The car park is next door to the apartments and is also good value. The apartment is very central and all the superb sites of Merida are within easy walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful but be aware that some Spanish will be required both at the hotel and in Merida in general.

Convenient, well equipped

Apartment was cleaned every day. It was quite new, luxurious and comfortable. It is right downtown, so you can quickly reach it for a rest during a hard tourist's day.

The apartment is one room + bathroom. Expect to hear the fridge from the bed. Although the staf were reasonably friendly, they messed up with our booking and it took them a few hours to solve an overbooking problem for the last night.

Nice place, in the middle of town, ideal for visiting Merida.

We loved staying here and felt very welcome. The owner, Eduardo, also designed the apartment, which was beautiful, luxurious, and exceptionally well-equipped. Everything about the apartment was wonderful and of top quality. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, with plenty of information to offer us. The apartments are centrally located, and there is discounted car parking nearby. It was also lovely to have the option of self catering, and with such excellent amenities in the kitchen, we had a most enjoyable meal. Staying here was the highlight of our trip. I would recommend a trip to Merida just to stay at the apartments.

Excellent location, you can walk to all the main sites. Garage next door, Euros 10 per day. Uniquely designed apartments which are brand new and immaculate. Only stayed one night but would highly recommend, staff very helpful too! Care Gps coordinates on booking.com is wrong! Use google maps.

This is a very good apartment located very closely to the train station, supermarket, center of the town and main historical monuments. The staff was very friendly.

1) Our room (3b) was decorated in a very strange and unpleasant manner. Everywhere were State flags of Great Britain: on the bedside tables, on the wardrobe and even on the rug under the table. Instead of usual wardrobe there was a small and very unconvenient iron container of British Navy, of course with the British flag. At the same time, there were no armchairs and even chairs in the room. My special request was necessary to receive two chairs. Instead of usual lightning appliance (usual lamps), a rotating mirror sphere was hanged from the ceiling and illuminated by the red and blue lights, so that red and blue spots "scurried" on the ceiling... It is clear that the designer tried to be original but did not think of the guests' convenience. I strongly recommend to change this decoration as soon as possible. 2) It is desirable to equip the kitchenette with a kettle.

Excellent facility (clean and super new along with availability of a waher/dryer in the apartment) and staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
