in orario prima di cena fra le 20-21 difficile avere acqua calda per la doccia.

Ha un ottimo ristorante. Ci è sembrato il migliore della zona pur se meno economico degli altri

It was our first time at this hotel even though we have been to Pollensa many times before and it was wonderful! We received a lovely warm reception by the staff and a lovely card in our room welcoming us - a nice personal touch. The hotel is located right on the beach with beautiful sea and mountain views. Located in a pedestrianised area so no noise of passing traffic. Breakfast was superb! The nice thing about this hotel is that the balcony to the first floor with the wonderful sea views are available to everyone and you can have your drinks served there by the staff or take your breakfast up there to eat in the morning. There are only 6 sea view rooms and so this facility is excellent for all guests to enjoy. They also have a small pier on the beach where you can dine or take a drink with the sea lapping at your feet. We also stayed for a meal one night, it was a la carte and very good! Free wifi service throughout the hotel incl in your room and it was a very good signal also Sky TV available with English channels. Excellent personable staff we will be staying here again. :-)

Not much. The hotel has been nicely refurbished, a few more small things to be changed I think but nothing major. Perhaps a new hall carpet.

Been over charged on check out, my booking clearly states that tax is included in the price where actually I was charged an additional 10% on my room rate, the receptionist on duty was exceptopnally rude when I challenged it and refused to offer an explination and disregarded my booking confirmation which clearly shows charges, I would like someone to contact me to rectify this matter

Location was perfect Staff were extremely pleasant, friendly, attentive and approachable Breakfast was good - a nice selection

Street noise heard in room at back of hotel (room 208) No hooks in bathroom for hanging towels, clothes etc

The sea veiw, peaceful, good location, 3 course evening meal with wine & water for 19 euros, albeit narrow choice.

I have always found Port de POllenca a great place to have a holiday.there is so many things to see and do.I'M SURE I WILL RETURN IN THE NOT TO DISTANT FUTURE.

We liked the location, the friendliness of the staff, and our room had a fantastic view. The breakfasts were superb, our room was serviced every day. When we asked about tea making facilities,we were given an electric kettle so we could make our own, which we thought was excellent service.

The bed was uncomfortable, with hard pillows. The evening meal has room for improvement - suggest more vegetables more choice. Also suggest that tea making facilities are in every room.

Lovely balcony overlooking promenade and beach. No traffic. Drinks at bar cheaper than Capuccinos 3 doors down. Receptionist pretty and barman friendly.

The situation is perfect and the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple but very clean. Breakfast was excellent with a very large choice. The terrace on the first floor is very relaxing with a beautiful view of the bay, with tables, sofas and books for the use of residents. There are plenty of shops and excellent restaurants nearby. I will certainly stay at this hotel again.
