Basic hotel. Parking is difficult and expensive.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the Receptionist, plus the speedy way all our rquests were met. The quiet location and peaceful atmosphere of the room. We appreciated the wide choice and high quality of food for the buffet breakfast. Also we were able to use the entrance restaurant throughout the day: we enjoyed the evening meals very much - well- balanced menus and helpful service. Thank you for a memorable stay to cover the time to be in Cartagena for a Wedding and to enjoy other visits in Spain - Granada and Cordobe.

Very nice hotel with efficient stuff. Hotel has also two computers in the back lobby where one can freely access the internet.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Secotel Carlos lll. We had stayed in Aguilas for 13 night and wanted to see Cartagagna on our way home. The hotel was clean and I was very impressed with the hotel considering the rate we paid. Both my wife and I have said that we will return to Cartagagna and would again stay in this hotel. Thanks for making the end of our holiday so enjoyable.

The staff were very nice, and the tapas bar next door was also nice, and reasonably priced But they're the only good things I can say about this place.

We stayed there for 6 nights. The ikea wooden floors are a real mistake if you have the misfortune of being in a room with anyone above. Also, the Walls are made of paper, you can hear your neighbours clearly speaking to each other. We specifically asked for a quiet room. We got moved to three different rooms. I gave up in the end and resigned myself to the fact that the refurb on this place had been so badly done they've cut corners by not filling the plasterboard stud partitions with rock wool or insulation. It might as well be open plan. The cleaners are very noisy in the mornings. The aircon was faulty too. Also the free wifi router on our floor was not working so we had to go to the reception to use the Internet. My 3rd time in Cartagena prefered the cartagonova hotel but the staff are very unfriendly there. Next time it's self catering.

We think that the cost was a little high considering the economy of the country and that a breakfast should have been included within the cost.The room we were next too seemed a little noisey early in the morning.

La primera impresion es de hotel pensado para gente actual y que quiera utilizar el hotel solo para descansar.La habitacion es comoda,amplia,limpia y el cuarto de baño igual.Su decoracion es tipo Ikea,es agradable.No puedo hablar del servicio de comidas por que solo pernocte,pero el hotel dispone de servicio de habitaciones en el cual te suben comidas rapidas y el minibar tambien tiene algun tentempie(sobre todo bebidas) en la primera planta tienes el comedor.Dispone tambien de restaurante aparte con comida tipica de Murcia,pero repito no puedo opinar.¡¡Fantastico tener wifi en todo el hotel¡¡ ,tambien es de agradecer que disponen de juegos y consola.Mi opinion general es buena.Tambien es tranquilo y el descanso fue garantizado.Ubicacion a 5 minutos de las calles principales

Lo unico que quita merito al hote y es algo ajeno al mismo,es el tema del parking,pero es un mal menor.Cerca del hotel (50 metros como mucho) hay un parking publico y en las inmediaciones al hotel es mas o menos facil aparcar pagando las tasas de la hora (informaros con los agentes de las tarifas hay varias : verde,azul y roja) aunque el hotel os informara de todo ello. Y por quejarme de algo:me parecio un poco dura la cama,pero eso es algo personal.

La cercanía con el centro y los transportes en Cartagena. El estilo de decoración es muy funcional y práctico, lo que hace que sea un hotel perfecto para viajes de negocios en Cartagena
