Pleasant accommodation in excellent central location close to modern shopping areas and the old town. Comfortable and functional. Parking available. Room decor a little dowdy. No tea and coffee making facilities.

The hotel is quite near to the center of Logroño and the room and the bathroom are both very spacious. The service, Parking and free wifi were excellent. Also, the breakfast buffet has a huge variety of high quality food.

The rooms are spacious and the bathroom particularly well equipped. There is a comfortable lounge adjoining the restaurant and a terrace that gives an attractive outlook and provides a quiet place for a drink, some conversation and reflection. The hotel is centrally located and within easy walking distance of the bus station. I rate this hotel very highly.It deserves its star rating. Staff were very helpful, subject to language limitations. At least during the three nights that we stayed at the Carlton Rioja the atmosphere in the hotel was sedate and quiet. I had the impression that this was a good hotel for family visitors. The entrance to the hotel is somewhat narrow and could be missed. I thought the breakfast menu was about average for a hotel of this standing.

we enjoyed being in the centre of a very good town and being able to walk around in the evening and enjoy the atmosphere. the car parking facilities were a little tight to say the least, and I would not recommend this for anyone with a larger than average vehicle. However there are car parks in the nearby streets

Staff were friendly and they didnt whine about us checking out a day early The room was unbearable hot and the window would only open 4 inches. In addition the airconditioning was broken and was blowing out warm air. In addition the noise from the street was very annoying. A further comment is also that the hotel is very hard to find. the sign is very small and only visible from one direction on the road outside

The hotel was absolutely beautiful - clean, impressive interior. The location was incredible and Logrono itself is a lovely large town. Areas for improvement - tea and coffee making facilities would have been good. Also, I haven't come across a hotel that doesn't have an iron and ironing board available for its guests. Staff could have been friendlier.

Excepcional la atención, educación y amabilidad del personal. Hacen que te olvides de cualquier problema que pueda surgir con el alojamiento y te puedas concentrar en disfrutar de la estancia en Logroño. Habitaciones espaciosas, limpias y cómodas. Si volviese a Logroño y tuviesen los mismos precios, volvería a este hotel. Al ser muy céntrico, quizá de noche se nota un poco el tráfico, pero si es posible, no te ponen ningún problema en darte una habitación interior. Del mismo modo, las cortinas no consiguen aislar toda la luz que puede entrar por las ventanas. Son detalles mínimos que, si tienes el sueño flojo, pueden afectarte, pero como digo, son cosas menores. Si no tienes problemas de sueño, no creo que te afecten detalles así.

Me ha gustado mucho la localización del hotel, al lado del casco antigüo.Tambien la disponibilidad a atender cualquier consulta del personal El menú es carísimo: 17,95 Euros por cabeza. Sin embargo, en la puerta de al lado hay una cafetería donde desayunar a precios normales.
