Hotel very central great for city break.Wonderfull tappas bars and plazzas close by.Hotel clean and comfortable.Friendly staff good with teenagers and the dog made welcome too.

The hotel is quite near to the center of Logroño and the room and the bathroom are both very spacious. The service, Parking and free wifi were excellent. Also, the breakfast buffet has a huge variety of high quality food.

The rooms are spacious and the bathroom particularly well equipped. There is a comfortable lounge adjoining the restaurant and a terrace that gives an attractive outlook and provides a quiet place for a drink, some conversation and reflection. The hotel is centrally located and within easy walking distance of the bus station. I rate this hotel very highly.It deserves its star rating. Staff were very helpful, subject to language limitations. At least during the three nights that we stayed at the Carlton Rioja the atmosphere in the hotel was sedate and quiet. I had the impression that this was a good hotel for family visitors.

The entrance to the hotel is somewhat narrow and could be missed. I thought the breakfast menu was about average for a hotel of this standing.

The room was unbearable hot and the window would only open 4 inches. In addition the airconditioning was broken and was blowing out warm air. In addition the noise from the street was very annoying. A further comment is also that the hotel is very hard to find. the sign is very small and only visible from one direction on the road outside

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Minuten Fußmarsch von der Altstadt entfernt. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, eigene Parkgarage. Eigentlich war alles zufriedenstellend.

Su buena ubicación, la profesionalidad del personal y el buen precio del parking. Tuvieron la amabilidad de dejarnos mantener el coche en el mismo hasta las 2 del mediodía sin cobrarnos nada a pesar de que nuestra estancia finalizaba a las 11 de la mañana.

Que la habitación triple, la tercera cama era una supletoria y no una cama normal.

Excelente en cuanto amabilidad y trato del personal. Muy bueno en cuanto a la habitación y baño. El diseño de la entrada y pasillos me pareció un poco apastelado, y el conjunto del edificio muy de diseño. La ubicación, un poco congestionada, obligándote a dejar el coche en su parking. El aislamiento de la fachada con el ruido de la calle, regular. Se podría mejorar.

Lo que he dicho antes, pero tampoco que fuera muy molesto: El ruido de la calle.

En general me ha gustado mucho todo, la habitación, bonita ,amplia , ha cumplido bien las espectativas
