Hotel Abades Recogidas is located in Granada city centre, 10 minutes’ walk from Plaza Nueva. It features air-conditioned rooms, free Wi-Fi and a terrace with a good view of the Alhambra.
Score from 706 reviews Excellent
We chose the hotel for the location and swimming pool, but unfortunately didn't get to use the pool as the weather wasn't sunny enough.
the breakfast wasn't a good as expected, there was a vast choice, but the whole fruits weren't ripe and the Orange juice was a concentrate. Other that that, it was a good choice for location and perfectly adequate.
swimming pool schedule. no open in the morning or night.
Hotel very central to all the attractions Granada has to offer. Clean and comfortable.
I am scared of heights and the pool is located on the roof on the 10th floor although even I have to admit the view was amazing but I had to hold on to a chair whilst looking around!
Excellent location, nice room over looking the Alhambra. The wifi works throughout the hotel. Although the pool is small, it is located on the roof that again has fantastic views over the town and Alhambra; situated next to a rooftop bar. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Frienly staff and helpful Value for money Rooms were big and modern
A nice hotel in the city center of Granada, just a walk away from highlights like Albacin and Alhambra. Good they have a pool on the roof. Breakfast is oké.
nice hotel well located, good value for money
hotel is getting old... pool is very small, and there are just a few chaires around it on the rooftop, so not really what we were expecting
Nice and spacious room with own balcony.
Pool was tiny.
We loved our room and the view of th Alhambra!
The only issue with the room was that it was near busy streets and plazas which is a plus most of the time except when you want to sleep. We would recommend using earplugs for a better sleep (which we did!)!
Carmen Hotel was perfectly located to enable us to walk Granada to visit all of the tourist sites. The hotel was very well appointed with ample carparking. The room was well appointed and quiet. Very happy with our stay.
The pool is quite small considering the size of the hotel and the day we were there was completely crowded.
Liked the pool. Staff friendly. Well situated
We had a premier room which provided some extra space inside, with a pull out sofa, and a large patio outside. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the historic downtown area around the Cathedral with lots of restaurants etc.
The air conditioning was weak, and we had difficulty figuring out how to work the bathroom shower.
location is great! walking distance to tapas, and touristic attractions. The view from the roof terrace is great. Staff some very nice some others terrible!
Pool is very small. The noise starts early, you can always hear the doors opening and closing.
Quality of breakfast Location - very central
Poolside bar food - basic and expensive Hotel services limited Staff a bit hit or miss
Rooms, location, staff are all excellent
Pictures seem to depict a large swimming pool on the roof but it's actually very small (and cold!), children's area is only open once a week!
Located just 10 minutes walk to the shopping stretch and the Cathedral. The airport bus stops just steps away, making it convenient to travel to the airport by bus. There is a supermarket just across the street in El Corte Ingles. Rooms are functional and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly.
Big room, nice design, good central location, good quality breakfast
small swimming pool but with nice view
breakfast room gives a 'tour group' feeling which the hotel does not deserve
the staff very unfriendly...borderline hostile...toward all the guests...
Location in city centre Fact that it has a pool, albeit small Very clean Most staff were pleasant and helpful Pleasant public rooms
Not enough staff at breakfast, but those there were great Bedroom furniture was lacking somewhat, needed drawers rather than cheap shelves
The location was nice
The wifi was really bad and slow in the rooms and the ac did not get cold. The pool is a bit of a joke too and it's really small
Rooftop pool and bar with fabulous view of city
View of brick wall from bedroom
Some reception staff so so specifically Male
