Score from 1944 reviews Very good
Right in the heart of the city, very clean, good breakfast, comfy beds.
Slightly temperamental air con. Underground spiral car park very tight, but right next to hotel.
15 pp for breakfast was a way to much.
Room was a good size. We had one at the back of the hotel and although it had no views it was very quiet. Hotel lobby very impressive and had great lounge areas to cope with lots of people. Bar area was nice.
Wifi was good in the room when we arrived on the Saturday. By Monday morning at 9am we lost it completely and could only get it in the hotel lobby from then until the end of our stay. Not very good for a 4 star hotel. It was unfortunate that the terrace was not open so we could not get the night views of the Alhambra.
Our room was on the 7Th floor. Was very good with a nice view of the Alhambra. Good breakfast. The hotel is located in the central area of the town.
With a car it was very difficult to locate the hotel. Our GPS didn't work very well in Granada and it turned out that to reach the hotel we had to use a street that is not open for private car. It is only for taxis and bus.
Excellent location right in the city center, large and comfortable rooms, very nice facilities, tastefully decorated hallways, staff friendly and helpful, parking, excellent and varied breakfast !
Location is excellent, very cooperative staff at the reception, modern rooms, hotel lobby was spacious, relaxing & well furnished. Car park, beds with memory foam were exceptionally comfortable, breakfast was great, value for money
Paid parking, parking gate wasn't connected to the reception so getting it to open was a hassle. Room was small, bathroom glass door didn't have lock.
Spacious comfortable room Good rooftop terrace Central location Onsite car park
Food service was awful or non-existent. Flies around salad plates. Completely soulless dining room .... when it was open.
Quality of accommodation , location, convenient parking
No access to roof terraces or pool - no reasons given
Location is quite spectacular, pool area with a view of the Alhambra! Rooms are large and well laid out, breakfast is good, hotel parking is OK (for a small car). Really enjoyed my stay!
Popular with bus tourists, so the reception can get very busy in the morning and the evening.
The room was nice, and the hallways too. When our sink was leaking, they fixed it within the hour. The staff in the breakfast room were nice.
There was a fridge in the room, but it was empty, and they said you had to order by phone if you wanted anything from the minibar. Strange. The pillows were small and hard, so we asked for bigger ones. The two first times they simply responded "Yes", and then didn't do anything (even though we asked in fluent Spanish). The third time, the receptionist said "no, no, there are no other pillows - why don't you just put two on top of each other?" The info in the room said to order the day before if we wanted the breakfast brought to the room. But when we phoned the number listed to order, and reached the Head of the kitchen (?) he said: "What? Where does it say that? In the information sheet? No, no, just call here in the morning". Then when I asked to order some dinner brought to the room (the info sheet said they had Room Service), he said: "Why don't you just come down and check out our buffet?". The dinner did come as I asked for, but the attitudes were strange. In general, the staff often seemed as if we were bothering them just by being there, and they never did anything to make us feel welcome, or to reflect the fact that we paid to stay there. Might be that they're spoiled with so many people wanting to see Granada, that they don't need to make any efforts.
in the middle of the old city, but still easy to reach with a car
The garage is very tight, they parked our car, which was nice, but it would have taken them half an hour to get it back Asking for tea at breakfast was perhaps unusual, as it took very long time to get it
it is a nice hotel with a perfect location.
The swimming pool is much smaller than what the picture shows.
Location very good
Cost of parking expensive ,Breakfast bacon over cooked also not enough clothes hangers, directions to Hotel could be better due to one way cystem and Hotel sign needs a good clean as difficult to read
Rooms were nice. Breakfast range. Opposite Les Cortes Ingles.
Lots of tour groups, especially at breakfast. Location was OK, but probably better to try and stay nearer to Plaza Neuvo. (More restaurants and shops.)
The roof restaurant/bar was really pleasant; comfortable with a nice ambience.
Loaction Staff Room
Almost homely welcome
BUT large dining room could be very noisy
Breakfast was good, good location from which to see the Alhambra.
Very deceptive marketing- we chose the hotel because of photo of lovely pool and roof terrace. In reality, the pool was tiny and the terrace was noisy with air handling units and kitchen extracts and much less attractive than expected.
Breakfast could be better
Excellent hotel for the money, staff friendly and helpful. Great selection of food for breakfast
Bar on roof terrace was shut.
Roof terrace and balcony in room were best features. In the room great sized bathroom. Bar staff most friendly. Reception hit and miss.
no complimentary water. no clothes iron in room or tea/coffee making facilities although I appreciate this is not common in Spain. For star rating not in line with some other European countries.
We liked the location of the hotel which enabled us to walk up to the Alhambra. Our room was spacious and from the balcony we could see the Alhambra Palace.
Reception staff were not very friendly, but we were only there for one night.
Very good facilities!! Very nice staff. I had booked just one night and got an upgrade when I got there. Excellent breakfast.
location and appearance
horrible breakfast, in-room wifi availability is a lie, indifferent customer service attitude, not attentive to customer issues.
Great breakfast Proximity to city center Friendly staff
