the hotel was in an excellent position, very central, rooms were very nice and very clean. Very good value for money.

The staff were very unfriendly, not welcoming or helpful, which was a shame as the hotel itself was good.

The location was great When we complained about the room we were given an upgrade

The room was comfortable and the location was excellent. The buffet breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and overall I enjoyed the stay.

The room had no view - it looked onto the back of a wall.

I liked the location. Within walking distance of the cathedral, Alhambra Palace etc. Although it is all uphill to the Alhambra Palace.

The car parking garage below ground. Very tight parking spaces. The price to park on the parking. Was a bit disappointed that The Granada sightseeing bus did not have many places of interest to stop at.

The location is good; the airport bus drops off and picks up close by. The staff were quite friendly, and my room was clean. Breakfast was fine and the restaurant wasn't too busy at breakfast time.

By room had no 'real' window, so it felt a bit cell-like. Also, there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which I found quite annoying. It's also a bit noisy; I could here the people moving around above and next door, and there was lots of noise from the corridor.

Desk staff somewhat unhelpful possibly due to a lack of confidence in speaking English. The evening buffet looked a bit unappertising and was expensive for what was on offer.

Location and amenities. Staff was usually quite helpful.

Heat/cooling was difficult to control. Rooftop Alhambra viewing area was closed in winter.

La stanza era grande con balcone e vista bellissima sull' Alhambra. Colazione meravigliosa. Location ideale per girare tutta Granada a piedi.

Il design dell' hotel e' un po' old fashion. La pulizia del bagno non impeccabile. Personale molto scortese

Everything central to the city, Alhambra you can walk taxi or open top bus. Plenty of shopping and close to restaurants, the Moorish quarter is well worth a vist and great for eating very colourful and lively

First room offered was too dark, one window and no light. Second room was fine. No staff in the cafeteria, had to go out of hotel. Didn't like the breakfast, too european, doesn't cater for other nationalities, regardless of this we would use it again because of the location.

very good location

quality of food, the b/f was for a lot of group tourist which is not edible. the speed of front desk was very slow. noise in room which i can hear everything from the toilet & shower of upstair.

we had an adjoining room wich was great. A bar that was open late for a nightcap. The breakfast was fantastic. well every thing was great.

If only they had a kettle and the safe was difficult to work

The room size and layout was good the bed was very comfortable.

Not enough lighting in the bedroom. No large mirror. The shower not user friendly difficult to control between head and hand. Hand towel rail in front of the basin is in an awkward position
