Baby's crib was in the room before we arrived. Staff was very friendly to Camino walkers, shoppers and all other guests. Modern, comfortable hotel in a small Galician town. Recommended.

I began my trek on The Camino from Sarria so the location of Carris Alfonso iv is great since it is right on The Camino. The hotel staff was not particularly friendly but they were helpful when asked. I had a restful sleep before setting off. Hotel staff seemed somewhat aloof. On several occasions, I waited for help while staff carried on with personal conversations. Customer service could be improved.

We were only there for one night, arrived about 8, receptionist very poor and unhelpful. Room excellent and dining room staff super, breakfast also great Reception staff poor, little english and quite snappy on arrival. Very uncertain next day about getting our bags sent on.....usual service for those walking the Camino.

I was appalled by this hotel! When checking in they refused to acknowledge that I had made a reservation with booking.com. They then told me that they did have a room available for that night which I accepted. The staff was unfriendly and rude. The room itself smelt of cigarette smoke and many of the facilities were broken, for example the bed, which creaked terribly. On checking out I recieved a message from my bank informing me that the hotel had taken the money off my card. This was due to the fact that they did not register my reservation with booking.com when I arrived. When I told the receptionist she "miraculously" found my booking but then refused to accept that the payment had already gone through. Later that day I got another message from my bank saying that another 55Euro had been taken off my account by the hotel! Needless to say this was a very unpleasant experience.

Keine andere Wahl, das einzige4 3-Sternehaus im Ort. Sehr unmotivierte Mitarbeiter. Atmosphäre wie in einer kommunistischen Bahnhofshalle. Restaurant grauenhaft.

La piscina y la pista de padel. El acceso a la piscina es libre y no tienes que enseñar la llave, por lo que pude ir con un amigo sin problemas. Además, nos dejaron palas de padel sin cobrar nada. Muy agradable.

Hotellet ligger ved pilgrimsleden til Santiago de Compostela og er et vanlig startpunkt for siste uken. Det ligger fredelig til ved elven. De hadde god bagasjeservice for vandrere og frokosten var meget rikholdig. Ingenting negativt.
