A step away from the marina, shops, historical sights and restaurants. Easy car parking underground (once you found the hotel)

We were given the chance to upgrade and making a snap decision based on the in-house TV information screen on the front desk we did. We were therefore expecting a larger room, a small balcony with a large picture window and a view of the marina/sea. What we got was a sea view observed through a standard front facing window. I would suggest if you are offered this option to ask to view the room first, before agreeing to pay the extra 20 Euro.

It didn' t correspond to my expectations as a four star Hotel

Took to long to book in as only one person at reception and a long queue formed. Small milk cartons in room for English tea would be useful and when we asked for milk we could not be served. We obtained some milk from a local cafe.

The best part was the location of the hotel. It is just a short walk from the harbour and easy access to shops and restuarants. The parking facility was also very good.

Disappointing was the fact that when we arrived we were advised that if we wanted a sea view we had to pay another 20 euros per night. If you look at the website on the superior room we booked, there are 2 pictures on the room description which clearly show sea views. We feel this is a bad misrepresentation of what you are paying for and should not be allowed. It is very disappointing to have to have this sort of problem presented to you on arrival when we had paid the extra already on the basis we were sold it from the photographic description. Sadly, this also leaves us with concerns on the photograph descriptions on other rooms/hotels we would book with booking.com. We are currently looking at 2 hotels in Sydney and Hong Kong and hope we don't come across the same there.

Location. Very close to Roman ruins.

Our flight was delayed and we did not arrive until about 11pm. There was no food available either in the hotel, through their "dial a pizza" service or in the streets outside.

Great location for sea front, tourist bus, tourist boat, shopping & restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Air con worked well in bedroom.

The bathroom was too hot as air con only worked in bedroom. Breakfast was pricey so we ate in nearby cafe instead.

The location of the Hotel is excellent.Good easy of access to all tourist amenities.Easy of access to all restaurants and bars,No transport nessesary.Staff curtious,helpful and efficient. Rooms very mordern,spacious clean and comfortable

Trendy, pleasant hotel with comfortable rooms; beautifully located near the port and a palm tree lined boulevard amidst historic buildings, with shopping and many restaurants nearby. Free wifi available in the lobby (30min.). Great selection for the buffet breakfast

As there was no parking available below the hotel (parking full), we had to park in the nearby public parking which costed 28€ from 21h till 9h30 next morning, which seems quite expensive.

Lovely large room, lots of space, tea and coffee making facilities, very comfortable beds, quiet and well sound-proofed, great location with views to the port and close to lots of great restaurants and tapas bars.

The set up for parking is bizarre to say the least! You have to drive along a pedestrian pavement, then take a lift down three floors to the parking... It's the same lift for entering and exiting, so it can be a bit tricky!

the location was excellent and the staff were helpful.

The hotel was quite basic and a bit characterless. The double room had two single beds alongside each other and were also quite small.
