The best thing to be said for this hotel is it's location. It was also clean with a modern feel to it. The claim was that there was free wi-fi in the lobby. But when I was there it didn't work. Also the room was a little small and basic. |

On a business trip so did not hire a car but took a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Very helpful reception staff on arrival and during stay, pointing out various places of interest. Room was spacious and comfortable and good value for money. Good choice of breakfast each day. Would certainly stay there again. |

They do supply tea and coffee (decafeinated coffee only) but they do not supply milk. I rang down to request some milk and they would only make us some at 3.20 euros?? They had 6 types of tea and no milk??? |

The location was excellent. Liked the room - we had a balcony which was an added bonus. Staff very helpful - free wi fi in lobby. Car parking good but expensive. Bar. Quite difficult to find. Breakfast not included in price and again very expensive. On plus side it was easy to go elsewhere to a cafe. |

when I checked in the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied, and there was a soiled nappy in it. I also think the price we paid was quite high, and the price of breakfast is very high. We ate breakfast out most days. |

My favourite hotel in Cartagena, love the location, late breakfast, friendly staff, good restaurants nearby, seafront nearby, suite for extra 40 Euros worth it! Others have remarked elsewhere that breakfast is poor for the price, and coffee frequently cool and stewed..my tip is ask the waitress for cafe con leche and it will come fresh..also you can ask for hot food..huevos revueltos for me!..comes fresh..lot of people don't notice small sign on the table to do that. |

The location for us was good It is next to the town hall tha ring the bells every 15 min in the morning from7 am. The isn't a iron in the room or in the hpotel to borrow, so very inconvenient if you need one as the laundry service takes 12 hrs. |

Possibly the best positioned hotel, within the pedestrianised centre yet with car access (and underground carpark). Very convenient for sightseeing old Cartagena. Shops, bars, restaurants, waterfront and marina all on the doorstep. |

Alles, perfekter Service, günstiger Preis, perfekte Lage im Zentrum, trotzdem sehr ruhige Zimmer, Parkplätze findet man angrenzend durchaus genug (spart die rund 12 Euro fürs Parken in der Garage), sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, alles was das Herz begehrt |
