Absolutely fabulous holiday food was great and entertainment for adults and kids was top class will definitely be back.

the water was pure poison ! but i guess no one drinks water in a all inclusive.....

The public areas are very well kept. The bedrooms are in need of some repairs and paint.

Good value, good all-inclusive deal. Staff all friendly and helpful at all times. Restarant supervisor especially obliging.Good location .

Room smelled of strong bleach. Lifts often full and breaking down. Food ok but quite basic. Chinese restaurant selection small and not good for vegetarian. TV small and old fashioned. Obviously popular hotel but ageing.

Sometimes a bit busy waiting for a lift . Vegetables at mealtimes were always undercooked.

I all liked, particularly-location hotel, service, meal, animism, particularly -zorro!

The views from our hotel room were fantastic looking over the bay. Staff friendly and food good. Local buses ran mostly daily to places like Ibiza town and hippy market which was good and quite cheap.

The area of Sant Miguel is quite remote and there aren't really many other places to go for evening entertainment. If I went again I would definitely hire a car so that I could explore the whole island.

Fantastic location. Lovely view from large bedroom and balcony. Sparlingly clean. Good food and variety of choice with tapas bar and Chinese restaurant as an alternative to the main (buffet)restaurant.Chefs offered to grill meat or fish each pm and the same for an omelette amm Good entertainment in pm and lots to do during the day.

A/C had to be switched on every 2 hours. Only plastic glasses in the main bar even if not using the pool. Bar in reception only open from 9pm till midnight or 11 pm if youwere all inclusive and didn't want to pay any more like me!

Be aware that if you need internet, their computers are useless (btw: price is 2 Eur for 20 minutes) because freeze whenever you want to open new site!

This was our sixth visit, this hotel completely satisfies our needs as a family with three young children. Staff could not be more helpful or efficient, with one exception, the guy who runs the tapas bar is miserable and rude and really let's them down. Entertainment is excellent with plenty of activities for adults and children, all the entertainers are really lovely to the children.

The fabulous receptionist, Anne, she is lovely and so helpful. Clean, well kept rooms with excellent air con. Food and driink were all good Zorro and his entertainment Team were as good as ever

There were an increased amount of guests from other countries, many of whom were just downright rude and extremely bad mannered at best.

When I complained about my room, manager told me that customers who book through booking.com receive inferior rooms.

The location of the hotel is in a quiet, beautiful bay. Other places are easily accessible as there is a local bus service. The staff were all friendly and we found most of them went out there way should you need help. The hotel rooms are basic but comfortable and were cleaned daily. Overall I had a very good time and will hopefully be going back next year. We made lots of friends whilst there and most of them are returning next year. Overall really enjoyed the hotel, location, loved Ibiza as it caters for all sorts.

Rooms were good but needed to be slightly bigger. There was no cash machine in the bay so you needed to travel to the next village should you need money. There was no tea making facilities in room and you are not suppose to take drinks back to your room from the bar or restaurants. As I like to be able to sit on the balcony late evening with a drink I would like to have had a choice without having to sneek drinks into my room.

Its an excellent hotel for families with young children or older teenagers. There is always a good selection of food on offer at every mealtime. Staff are polite and friendly and the entertainment is second to none. I would highly recommend this hotel to any family who want a fun holiday.

the whole holiday was great - had no complaints about the food rooms service, staff were friendly , pools were fab but enjoyed the beach the best. entertainment team kept us occupied day and night. would go back.

lift system at hotel was very busy at meal times - so getting from the 2nd to the 8th floor where the restaurant is was sometimes frustrating.

Excellant family hotel with an interesting layout of many facilities. The numberous intresting bars were all inviting. The resturaunt overlooking the bay had magnificent views. The food was well presented buffet style service (perfect for us)

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Everywhere was clean. Food was fantastic for the price of the hotel with great variety. Location was excellent with lots to do and beach was very pretty. We had a great holiday and would recommend it to others.

Pools were perhaps not big enough for the amount of people in peak season and it was noisy to sleep at times due to the entertainment but you have to expect this in this type of hotel. Air conditioning was very noisy and leaked on balcony. We had no problem walking up 8 flights of stairs for the restaurent or room but if you needed to use the lift due to a disability or needing to use a pushchair it would be a problem at times to use the Hotel Cartago as there are only 2 lifts. This was particularly a problem when one of them broke down!
