we had a great time all 23 off us from age 3yrs to 70yrs kids love it 3rd year off coming, staff, entertainment team and beach all made our holiday one to remember cant wait to go back
View from room, location on the sea
Use of Internet not available in room..
Loved the location right on the beach front, rooms were large and comfortable, very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recomend to family's or groups that want everything in a complex, no need to go outside, and a relaxing holiday.
Food in main dinning area was always a bit cool, would have been nicer if it was hot.
All the staff were so welcoming and the animation staff were wonderful. My kids had the time of there life and the food in the resterant was beautiful.
The food in the Chinese resterant wasn't great
All of the activities - Zorro and his team were first class
The fact that you couldnt eat in the Beach restaurant
Absolutely everything, can not recommended this hotel highly enough . Staff were friendly , rooms were spotless, food was very good quality and entertainment was great for all the family .
views to die for .main restaurant food very faired good.staff very polite and effecient.even working in different parts of hotel at different times.liked cocktail bar staff lovely although told pina coladas been taken off the menu.
plastic beackers day and night can understand for health and safety but just not right having to carry beakers around all time. lifts a bit too busy.not keen on beach saloon seemed dirty and food not good.chinese restaurant ok seemed a bit pointless was even selfservice .kept us waiting outside for ages
it was all nice apart from the air con
Air con keeps going off every two hours which is a problem in the night as had to keep getting up to turn back on
Lovely location and very quiet and clean.
The hotel was rather cheap compared to other Ibiza Hotels. The food was really fine and much better than expected. The location is very beautiful with a small cove surrounded by cliffs.
The A/C stopped several times every night - irritating to wake up sweating. There was no fridge. All inclusive but impossible to get plain water for the room.
Location Family friendly hotel Clean rooms
Average quality food and drinks Not enough elevator
The location of the hotel is superb, right on the beach. The animation team were amazing!! Great for the kids and the adults too!! They work so hard all day till 11 at night. The food was lovely and varied. The hotel was spotless! Would definitely recommend the hotel for families with children!!
The lifts!!! 2 for the whole hotel!
It was a great location to have a mini break whilst attending a wedding nearby. Everything was well run.
There wouldn't have been much for us to do if we were staying for more than the 2 nights we did. Food was OK but a bit repetitive even after 2 days.
Cheap all inclusive
Dining room was very busy, not great choice of food
Proper beds for all, a double and 2 singles in the room. Lovely sea views. Zorro's evening entertainment was amusing! Food was good; lots of staples that were repeated but with different mains every night - not very Spanish though - Chinese restaurant v tasty. Staff were great, no issues.
Sunbeds ! unless you got up at 7am to put on a towel you didn't get a bed; then people never even used said reserved beds! The pool wasn't very clean; needs more attention. Neighbours - but that wasn't the hotels fault.
Quick transfer, massive rooms, friendly staff, yummy food with tons of selection, very clean, lovely beach beautiful clear water, (with fish) our 3 children aged 18m 6 and 12, were very well catered for, and we will definitely go back
The beds are fab! Foam mattress, not horrible uncomfy, over used spring ones.
location, staff food
Location was excellent with a fabulous beach. Very friendly and supportive staff. Given the price point of the holiday the all inclusive food was great. View from the restaurant. Lots to do for all. After the entertainment finished the complex closes for the evening which is good from a young family perspective. If you want to carry on there is other bars open across the bay. San Antonio is about 35-40 minutes away by and we met one lady in her early 20's heading there one evening at around 12am after spending time with her family. I travel internationally on a regular basis with my work, typically staying in 4 star plus hotels this is definitely a 3 star hotel but it is very clean and tidy. I have paid a lot more for a lot less. Best coffee is in the cocktail bar. I took my two boys aged 14 and 12. A number of holiday makers we met had been visiting the hotel for numerous years - I can certainly see why and we would consider going again.
With the reception/restaurant on the 8th Floor and the beach on the ground and only two small lifts to the ground floor and a subsequent lift to the beach I would not recommend this to anyone who would find the stairs a problem. Personally on a positive note if made my boys and myself walk up the stairs which was good exercise! Not un-typical of most holiday resorts in that you had to get up very early in the morning to get sun loungers/parasols by the pool. Particularly galling when the towels are on the beds all day but no people arrive.
We loved everything about the place, the food, the room, the staff, the entertainment both day and night were the best we have ever encountered. Took two boys aged 15 & 10 and both were occupied all day. Will definitely be going back ASAP.
The only grumble I had was the pillows in the room being too flat, I was provided with extra ones but nothing can really compare to your own pillows can they!!
Food in general. Chinese restaurant really nice.
Western saloon toilets really really need a makeover.
the main restaurant on the top floor, the lovely choice of food.the spacious rooms.the lovely clean beach.Different areas to relax the tapas bar.
the fact in the evenings that the drinks were still served in plastic cups.queing for the lifts at times.no soft play areas for toddlers.
I really like the entertainment. It was really good.
I did not like the food, it was not so much variety of food.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was beautiful and there was a lot to do. Fun was much better than expected for a buffet and I appreciated the variety.
It was loud due to other guests constantly slamming their doors. You could hear everything your neighbor said and did in their room. The Western Salon offered the same food everyday and it was not appetizing.
1. the food in the restaurant was 1st class. 2. veiw over the bay very good 3. good and friendly staff.
1. no adult entertainment 2. two many beds in the room, which made the room overcrowded. 3. overcrowding around the swimming pool. 4.the bar in reception area not open until 9.0pm. 5. no lights on the balcony (room) 6. internet non existant.7. 7. paying for the use of beach towels. 8. having to pay for sun bed cushions every day.
