Location is excellent. Right in the crnter of town and close to Alhambra. Tea time service was a nice extra. Very nice complimentary service. Bathrooms and bedroom were very lively. Clean and well appointed.

There is no parking. Altho parking down a very long block (7 min walk) is not a big problem. Assuming you have no luggage. Otherwise it's a short taxi ride from parking to hotel. Breakfast should be included in the price.

Excellent location Friendly staff Complementary afternoon tea Our room had nice views of the Alhambra We were given a complementary bottle of Cava- always makes for a nice touch~

The hotel is located in an area that is restricted and cannot be accessed by car. You will need to park at a public parking and take a taxi to the hotel

The decor and quirkiness of the layout of the hotel. No corners had been cut.

Beautifulfly renovated hotel to a very high standard located in the Albaycin district of Granada. Great location. We had Room 25, a delux double with a small pation with a stunning view of the Alhambra. The Alhambra is all light up at night so we were compelled to sit on the patio with a bottle of Rioja and enjoy the beautiful view. A perfect end to a perfect visit to Granada. Would highly recommend Hotel Casa 1800.

Lovely setting where modernization had taken into account the building's origins. We will be back!

We had a large, beautiful room and could see the Alhambra from one of our windows. The hotel itself is gorgeous, especially the open-air courtyard. Minutes from all of the sights. Will stay here again on our next trip to Granada.

only thing is the room was pretty much in the court/ breakfast area, where a lot of the other guests hangs out in. Therefore we couldn't open the windows and felt like there was no privacy at all.

Hotel staff was very professional and helpful. Hotel is lovely and I really liked the open courtyard. Afternoon tea was a nice addition. Very conveniently located next to Plaza Nueva. Would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Granada.

We had difficulty getting Alhambra tickets over the web. The front desk was fantastic at arranging a tour for us on short notice. They also arranged dinner reservations for us at a superb restaurant with the most exquisite night time view of the Alhambra. Absolutely magical. Loved to relax in their lush courtyard when making our next plans

Poor breakfast offered Unnecessarily low lighting in rooms. Some rooms very small. We upgraded. Price over the top in our opinion.

Staff were very helpful. Location particularly pleasant and practical. Rooms nicely decorated and functional. Beds were comfortable. Free snack area a good thing.

Sound proofing in rooms rather poor. Breakfast not particularly good value for money.

Great customer service in both English and Spanish. They were sincere in their way of handling customers. Gave great recommendations according to our needs. Jose was wonderful to customers and very curtious, respectful and professional to the hotel staff... Nice to see.

    Nothing! All was perfect.

Hotel oozed comfort, relaxation and quality. Rooms were very good. The 4 pm afternnon break - food and drink made available at no cost - was fantastic. Staff were outstanding - helpful, made great recommendations. Although you cannot park near the hotel the directions of where to park and how to transfer to hotel were perfect. The location is ideal for walking around the old town and the Alhambra. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely return again. Breakfast offers great choices and lovely indoor courtyard to sit and eat.

Having to park a mile or so away and then get taxi was a bit of a pain but unavoidable as you cannot drive/park in that area. They made it as easy as it can possibly be.

The hotel is beautifully decorated. The staffs are very friendly. They even offer guests a free afternoon tea.

It´s a little bit difficult to find the hotel ´cos it´s in a very narrow street. The room wasn´t very well prepared for us. We lack a blanket that night and had to call the reception.

We had an overnight stay at this lovely modern & clean "casa" hotel. Fantastic location for visiting Alhambra & old city, very welcoming & helpful staff. Helped us to book Alhambra tickets in advance (a must) prior to arriving into city especially if you're not intending to stay many days. The Alhambra website was hopeless! The city's lookout at highest point (as suggested) by staff at sunset is also a fantastic idea & we would've liked to stay for dinner or drinks if we knew there were options - the view was amazing. Finally after all our walking it was great to come back to a soothing quiet room & big bathroom & to some snacks left out for us as we missed official afternoon tea. Worth it's 3 stars & bit more thanks for great stay.

Very poor free wifi service in fact non existent for us!!
