Staff, near the centre, clean...
The Building is a little bit older...
Very friendly Staff, and amazing location
The wifi didn't reach th third floor, but was fine on the other places
The stuff is very friendly, the Hostel is very close to the citycenter. The kitschen is clean.
I liked the interior design. Friendly staff, speaking English well. Clearness
Poor wi-fi in the room (but ok in the common area). It was impossible to use the laundry in the evening when we checked in.
親切なスタッフ。綺麗で快適。 Nice stuff, clean.
Heater didn't work, so too cold to sleep... There were no stuffs after 11pm. So unable to ask an extra blanket...
I paid them in cash...and they deducTedI paid them in cash...and they deducTed.the entire amount from my account as well..and they still deducted the entire amount from my account as well..and I am not gleftng any reresponse from them when I try to call them.
Very central but peaceful location, clean and comfortable, staff here are nice and helpful. The best hostel I've stayed
Can't use wifi on top floor but not a problem for me
Great kitchen and lounge areas with free tablet access. Super staff. Clean rooms and bathrooms, if a little tired. Free tea and coffee. Good location - the real Malaga. Roof terrace is lovely. Other guests tended to be mature experienced respectful travellers.
Bed by windows hear street noise. 10e towel deposit - plan carefully when to get this back as reception staffed part-time, only after 11h00. Could use more kitchen storage space (cubby holes etc). Small safes in rooms but no lockers
the hostal was very cute and just a street away to a very busy part of the city woth lots of shops and restourants. The hostal was really easy to find from the bus station and we were able to walk! I would definitly stay at Casa al sure again if i find myself in malaga!
Nothing negative to say!
location is really center and you will find many restaurant and bars, very close from old town. and all staffs are friendly and helpful and owner victor is really friendly and nice. even he treated wine for the guest during evening. besides staffs and locations, bed is so comfortable and facilities are clean.. highly recommend and value for money is great. I will definitely come back here again
Loved staying here. Staffs were very welcoming and very helpful. They always keep everything organized and clean. Very clean room and facilities to use. Wi-Fi works well, only in communal area though.
Overwhelmingly good - the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. There was wifi available and a fridge for affordable drinks in the hallway. Was the cheapest hostel we stayed in in Andalucia and definitely my favourite.
The location was so easy, walking into the city centre, shops, sightseeing bus, local transport and to the train station to catch my flight was less than 10mins walk from hotel to station and 11mins by train to the airport. I was happy to talk to the very helpful and resourceful staff at the desk. I will use them again and definitely recommend if you are on a budget.
Nothing to dislike.
Wonderful place, I will go back for sure.
The only thing that could be improved is the wifi signal on the top floor.
Clean Cosy Friendly staff Quiet location in centre of Malaga Roof terrace Good atmosphere
Actually nothing to dislike!
Very clean, everything is perfect, stuff is friendly and very kind with always smiling. Love this hostal.
It would be better if wifi can be used everywhere in the hostal.
My friend and I stayed at both Casa Al Sur & Casa Al Sur Terraza. We had an amazing stay. Some of the positives: Location(s) Friendly, Helpful Staff Bright, Simple Rooms Good Value for Price Easy to meet other travellers Mini Fridge with Water, Wine offerings Nice Common Room Clean Communal Kitchen Laundry Facilities Secure - felt safe Casa Al Sur Terraza has a lovely roof terrace with a very affordable breakfast option
Very helpful staff, close to the center, clean room, bathroom. Very nice design and atmosphere.

I stayed in August and wAs very hot. Had to open balcony window which made if a bit noisy but I exspected that ,
Great stuff, very useful tips for local tapas bars etc Very nice design Very central location Great atmosphere
Fixed check in hours, wasnt a problem for us, but I could imagine it could be for some travellers
The guy in the reception spoke excellent English and gave me a thorough introduction to the city. Clean, friendly, great!
No wifi in the room (only in the common area)
The people are really nice, they help you if you have questions and the accomodation is really good. It's also very clean!
The toilet is in the same room as the shower, which is not that practical, but it is such a little thing compared to all the good things this hostel has.
