Everything was perfect. It was home rather than accomodation.

Nothing.

We arrived after a long drive and were met with such a warm welcome. Our host sat with us and recommend places to visit and where to eat. We followed all the recommendations and were not disappointed. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We came away feeling that we had stayed with friends. Would defiantly recommend and indeed already have. Extremely good value.

Owners were very nice. Breakfast was wonderful each morning. The room was very good for our family, though a little small for the five of us. Owners' dinner and tourist recommendations were spot on / excellent!

Parking is difficult and pay lots are expensive (15 euro per day).

- humidity (bit it's almost all over the country)

All perfect. Real value for money. Owners are operating the hotel and very very friendly pleople. You will be suprized. Incredible clean and modern. Everything you need is there and all bra-new. 3 mins walk and you are in the city centre. Hotel has great living area-loby, very confortable. This hotel has 5 rooms. Unfortunately 2 of them is at the underground level which causes no windows. There is good and modern airconditioning but you may not prefer these rooms if you have clostrofoby or something likethis.

Friendly owners/staff! They helped me find points of interest in the city. Essentially, it is like having a personalized tour guide of the city! Bargain price for a large family. Great home-made breakfast! Highly recommend to all travelers who want to get a local experience.

Nothing. There's even a fridge to put your food in.

Fully renovated building with modern design. Friendly owners and "live with a family" concept of accomodation. Excellent breakfast.

We had some problems with heating.

Pleasant owners. Sarah wants to please us inside, Carlo wants to please us outside. Nice people. Carlo has a way to speak spanish that is nice for non spanish speakers (slow !) The breakfast is a must : where do they find such sweet oranges ??

Babies and italians teenage girls are noisy in this B&B

I proprietari sono molto gentili e ci hanno dato tantissime informazioni utili per visitare e vivere la città al meglio. La posizione è abbastanza comoda, siamo riusciti a parcheggiare in zona gratuitamente e da lì ci si muove bene anche a piedi. I taxi sono piuttosto economici ed il centro è vicino. La colazione è veramente ottima e abbondante, on tanti prodotti freschi, spremuta di arancia "vera", frutta di stagione e di tutto di più!

La struttura nel complesso è carina, ma purtroppo a noi è toccata la camera nel seminterrato, quindi senza finestre e piuttosto umida. Dopo la doccia restava odore di umido anche in camera. I letti sono più che altro delle brande. Per una o due notti va bene, considerando di passare in camera solo e soltanto la notte...

Tout etait gai dans cet endroit, mais l'accueil de Rosa ont fait de ce sejour un lieu inoubliable. Nous avons tout apprecié.

El trato de Rosa y Carlo que te hacen sentir como en casa y los detalles que tiene con los clientes... como traer churros para desayunar.

La cama era algo incómoda

Accueil très chaleureux par Rosa et Carlo. Rosa est très attachante et au petit soin avec ses locataires. Carlo est un véritable office du tourisme.

Erg vriendelijke mensen. Heel behulpzaam en gastvrij. Goede locatie dicht bij alle hoogtepunten van Sevilla. Mooie kamers. Lekker ontbijt. Kortom perfect!

Súper bien situado, el desayuno es genial, las habitaciones están muy bien decoradas, hay incluso una pequeña cocina común, y además Carlo y Rosa son un encanto. Nos sentimos como en casa.

Extrem freundliches Gastgeberpaar, das uns mit vielen Tipps zur Stadt Sevilla ausgestattet hat. Sehr umfangreiches Frühstück für alle Gäste an einem langen Tisch, sehr persönliche, familiäre Atmosphäre. Insgesamt eine ausserordentlich positive Erfahrung.

accueil extraordinaire de Rosa et Carlo qui racontent merveilleusement Séville

Rosa et Carlo sont très accueillants, chaleureux et humains. Ils reçoivent dans un habitat très agréable et décoré avec goût. Ils semblent aimer les voyages et les voyageurs. La situation géographique du B & B est excellente, dans le quartier authentique de Triana, près des bars a flamenco, au calme et pourtant non loin du centre historique. Les prestations proposées sont très correctes et l'essentiel est là : propreté, situation géographique et équipements suffisants. Le prix est raisonnable. A noter que le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié, et de qualité. Je le recommande à tous, en particulier à des petits groupes d'amis en voyage, qui recherchent la rencontre avec l'habitant et la vie locale au calme.

Rien, sauf de ne pas avoir pu rester plus longtemps. N.B.: quelques travaux mitoyens nous ont réveillés en milieu de matinée. Rien de méchant, ce n'est que provisoire a priori.
