The rooms while a bit small, were funky and not the run of the mill hotel rooms that can be sooooooo boring. The stone walls, fabrics and prints made for a lovely interior. The windows opening to the front allowed the ambiance of the city to filter through with sounds ranging from a classical saxophonist under the arch (stunning music) to the clip clop of a horseman ambling up the path. We loved this hotel. Breakfast prices at €10.80 a bit expensive considering that a five minute walk provided an 'all you need' breakfast for €5. Staff very friendly, especially Patricia, lovely chatty girl.

Excellent location - literally meters away from the famous Cathedral. The staff was very helpful and spoke good English (rarity in Northern Spain). The woman in reception made my dining out arrangements according to my cuisine preferences, provided vital information about the city, even booked a taxi in advance for my departure to airport. The hotel itself is in a nice old building. Room was very nicely furnished, comfortable. I won't have to think twice where to stay the next time I'm in Santiago. The Wi-Fi internet connection was somewhat wonky but still usable. There's a windpipe player nearby playing all the day well into evening. It did not bother me much but might be an issue for those who like it quiet.

I liked its quaint size, and its location to the cathedral. The decor of the rooms were pleasant and comfortable. It was like a family-run bed and breakfast; the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. We would definitely come back here to stay on any future trip to Santiago de Compostela. Being that it is on a pedestrian walkway, it was a bit challenging to maneuver around the taxis, but the staff helped with our luggage and expedited the process so it was manageable.

The location is very good due to fact that is really close to the cathedral and the Center of Santiago and, not on the side of the restaurants and bars where the noise is, which means that even being close to the center it's a calm location I hated an absurd exit green light inside of the room that hardly let me sleep

Me ha gustado todo, su ubicación, su precio. Tiene detalles de hotel de 4 estrellas. Es un hotel familiar donde te encuentras muy cómodo y todo el personal amable y deseando ayudarte en todo. Nos cayó una tormenta que nos mojo toda la ropa y nos ayudaron a secarla.

El hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable, a escasos de la catedral, y desde las habitaciones que dan a la fachada se contemplan las torres de la catedral. Las habitaciones están muy bien decoradas, son muy limpias y confortables, y el personal es excelente. Es un hotel completamente recomendable. El desayuno es demasiado caro, motivo por el cual nosotros decidimos desayunar fuera.

Excelente localização. O atendimento é de primeira, com um excelente café da manhã, preparado especialmente para você. Um hotel pequeno mais muito aconchegante. Se você possui muitas bagagens, que precise de elevador, talvez não seja a melhor opção, pois não possui elevador.

O pessoal foi muito atencioso e prestativo. As instalações não são de luxo, porém, confortáveis e com excelente custo/benefício. A localização é excelente. Perto de tudo. Foi uma ótima opção, para nossa viagem. Nenhum motivo para reclamações.
