The noise! The taxi rank is right outside the bedroom window and there is constant music from players until 2am!! Dreadful |

Closeness of this small hotel to Cathedral, within one minute walk. Staff were friendly and ably assisted us with any queries or needs. Delicious breakfast although not included in price was well worth the extra cost. As New Zealander's this was definitely our choice of hotels during our holiday. 1 star rating perhaps reflective of a little noise from passers by in the side street below, but nothing that was too intrusive. |

The service was outstanding, the breakfast was fantastic and well worth the 9euros/person, the location of the hotel was perfect and quiet, and our room was great. Request the Pablo Picasso room for a unique experience and a great view (50m away) of the Santiago Cathedral. Next time I am in Santiago de Compostela I will be staying here again. |

The staff was friendly and so helpful. Although the hotel was in a central location, near the Cathedral, it was very difficult to find because of all the one way streets and no parking in close vicinity of the hotel. |

Good location, pleasant staff. Room and bathroom extremely small. Unable to have window open as it flew wide open and banged into the wall outside. Proximity to cathedral meant you could hear bagpiping buskers! We have stayed in both 4 and 5 star hotels in Santiago for the same price previously. Not good value for money! |

The hotel has a unique character, individual and well-conceived. Its location is its key advantage. The rooms-with-a-view are worth the premium. Breakfast is good, staff are genuinely friendly. A touch of flair is evident. A little noisy at night, partly due to the taxi rank outside the door, but nothing to worry about. |
