Central location, budget deal, friendly welcome and front of house.

Bathroom badly designed, cramped, shower awkward.

Location is excellent. Granada Cathedral is around the corner and from the terras u have a beautifull view. All shops/restaurants are close by. Bus towards the Alhambra stops at a 2 minute walk and will bring u to the Alhambra in 10 minutes.

No WiFi reception on the 3rd floor. WiFi in the lobby is ok.

It had a rustic spanish feel about it. Also, the location was fantastic - central to the cathedral and the centre of Granada

It was incredibly noisy outside. We are late night people and expected some noise, but not until 5.30am from across the narrow road Also, the beds are incredibly uncomfortable and gave me a bad back There was little privacy in the hotel, as you could hear everyone in other rooms on your floor

No on site parking but public car parks within 5 min wall.

The location was central but quiet. The room was very charming and comfortable and the bath had a comfy, wide tub and stylish marble slab sink. The adjacent terraces afforded us a fabulous view of Grenada.

Decor was lovely. It was conveniently located and the staff were reasonably helpful.

The air con in one of our rooms was broken, leading to a very uncomfortable night for our son...however they did change the room once they realized that it wasn't going to work. The mattresses on all the beds were fairly diabolical...thank goodness we only stayed two nights or our backs would have really suffered. The breakfast was not great...stale rolls in plastic wrap.

It was problematic that one of the employees - always only one present at a time - did not really understand or speak anything but Spanish.

no windows, except to a large, central airshaft, which was incredibly loud when it (unfortunately) poured rain. With the window open, you could hear everything from the other rooms with open window connected to the shaft and it was also very dark as a result. Nevertheless, everything else was very nice.

Cute hotel well situated for the cathedral and sight seeing. Provided us with a map to parking and the hotel before we left on our trip so that was helpful.

Very noisy on a Saturday night...don't stay here if you want a good nights sleep. Party goers were still going by at 4am. Hard to get a light breakfast in the am.

The room was lovely and the bathroom had a big tub. The rooms were not big, but nicely decorated and warm, clean and tidy. The staff was helpful and very polite. They offer a terrace with an amazing view of the Cathedral and the Alhambra. The location was amazingly close to the centre, but away from the noisy tourist attractions.

La localización estupenda, muy tranquilo, sin ruidos- aunque la habitación era interior. La amabilidad del personal, el detalle de dejarnos una botella de agua fresca- también nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de darnos una bebida en la terraza (aunque era una terraza pequeña, con unas pocas sillas, y sin bar ni nada)- la decoración del hotel

Las vistas, era una habitación interior con vistas a una pared solo a unos 2 metros de la ventana. La habitación era pequeña, pero muy confortable.

die Außenansicht, Nebenhaus ist abgerissen und diese Wand hat tiefe Risse unser Zimmer Nr 4 hat Fenster zum Lichtschacht, sehr laut beim nächtlichen Regen

El hotel esta muy céntrico , teniamos la catedral a 2 minutos andando y el centro de la ciudad , las chicas de recepción fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron para movernos por la ciudad . Estuvimos en una habitación exterior muy bonita y con mucho encanto , destaco la terraza que tiene unas vistas increíbles a la Alhambra y la catedral . el desayuno buffet fue correcto.

bueno el hotel no tiene parking propio aunque nos recomendaron uno que tienen a 5 minutos del hotel muy economico.

J'ai aimé sa situation merveilleuse, proche de la place de torro,au centre de la ville où tout se fait à pied. son acceuil, sa confidençialité dans une petite rue à l'allure piétonnière et sa décoration calme et très hispanique avec ses lits en fer forgés et son caractère année 60 très provincial et très propre. Son personnel à l'ancienne respectueux et détendu
