True spirit of Granada, with a rustic aspect. The room was cozy and clean

Everything was perfect with this stay my wife and I went up to Granada for our wedding anniversary and to visit the Alhambra Palace. The hotel was very well located in the old part of the town the staff were very helpful and booked a lovely restaurant for our evening meal and even put a bottle of sparkling wine on ice in our room. The hotel was built in 1503 which adds a great historical element to your stay.Highly recommended. The staff were wonderfully friendly. The decor was beautiful and simple, mitvwas very outdoors in doors. In another review I read the only problem was small showers, I love a good shower in a hotel! But when we arrived it was quite large, modernn and worked very well .

Service is superb. We had a fantastic family room. Great location and the moorish ambience adds to the charm.

Parking - we arrived by car and the affiliated car park is a good distance away. 15 minutes to walk or so.

Staff we're very helpful and friendly and honest. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel. It was not a plastic, sterile place. The mini bar was really nice for a cold beer and snacks. The bed was comfortable. The price was good. We would recommend staying here but you must be able to climb stairs with your luggage to reach the entrance to this charming boutique-like hotel. Thank you Capitel Nazari for helping to make our stay in Granada delightful.

We have no complaints. My husband didn't like his pillow but he could have asked for a different one.

The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The air conditioner in our room was not working and they went out of their way to try and fix the problem. The location was ideal, the room was lovely and clean, and the breakfast was more than adequate. We stayed in six other places during our trip to Spain and the staff here was without a doubt the best. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

The staff was professional and very helpful. I had an at~home emergency the first day arriving and when I couldn't access wifi on my phone, the concierge loaned me a laptop. The staff was also helpful providing local tips and information. Location was great. Off the main street but close to a lot of points of interest. I could walk into town or into the Albaycin in minutes. Very quiet considering its location. Other guests seemed mature and respectful. Breakfasts were good. Eggs as an option is refreshing for us Americanos who sometimes grow tired of jamon and baguettes. Nice selection of breads, fruit, coffees. The windows opened allowing for fresh air, a huge plus in my book.

All staff members are very helpful. The location is perfect. The hotel is full of charm. The breakfast is delicious. We loved Granada!

The bed was extremely hard (and we are not fussy!). There was a very unpleasant smell in the bedroom that we have not quite identified. Car park expensive.

The room and the surrounding area was very clean, and the staff were kind about answering any questions. Showers worked great as well. Location was good for getting to Alhambra, the plazas, and around the cathedral to catch buses, taxis, etc.

Beds were not that comfortable. I was expecting higher quality for the money I paid. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, so had to keep the bathroom door shut. Half the outlets didn't work so had to unplug the light near the bed to use electronics. Sorry to say the wifi was also poor, I never ended up getting it to work, even after multiple attempts of logging in, while my stay at hostels the rest of the trip was quick and easy.

The location of the hotel was just perfect. Equally close to new city, for restaurants and pubs, also close to old city and alhamra. The calle de doro is fantastic and right on the corner. The architecture of the building is so authentic.

Our room was a bit small. The floor was stone and this made the room a bit less cosy and cold. However I understand that it is impossible to make all the rooms equal in an authentic old building. The patio of the building was so nice.
