This Hotel is amazingly beautiful and deserves its 4 stars. The roof terrace affords fine views of the Cathedral. All the main tourist attractions are within a 10 minute walk. Spend an evening at the Ristorante San Marco and your stay will be perfect.
The architecture of the hotel was amazing.you feel like you're stepping back in history. Excellent service.
The location is a bit tricky for a first time traveler to Seville. However that's part of charm and history of the city
From the moment we arrived, we were given A+ attention, always greeted and treated as valued guests. The open central courtyard garden was just beautiful. The room, spacious and warm...nights can be quite cool in November.
In all honesty, there was nothing not to like. We highly recommend this hotel
Staff friendliness and their tips of where to visit and eat Breakfast Location in the narrow streets An amazing building
A kettle in the room would be nice
The hotel was wonderful. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. A warm welcome on arrival including a glass of wine. We had a birthday in our party and the hotel helped our celebration with a complimentary bottle of fizz. Charming horel
The helpfulness of staff, lovely hotel refurbishment, quality of the rooms, terrace, central location, breakfasts - hard to find anything to criticise.
Some odd design choices - we found the lamps on mirrors and the wash basin in the room very inconvenient. The rooms were generally poorly lit with no reading lights for individuals and not enough light to do make up - air conditioning/ heating was not very responsive and we were generally overheated at night.
It is outstanding . The staff - led by Angelo , the owner - are really brilliant . The accommodation first class as is the location , breakfast and the ambience of the property . Don't miss this opportunity for a great experience .
Small, quiet, with attention to detail. Loved the classical guitar early evening. Location perfect in the centre of the gorgeous Santa cruz
I loved everything about this hotel, the service the people the location and the environment. They have a beautiful courtyard were you can sit and relax and in the evening they have live relaxing entertainment . Their breakfast is superb . I have to congratulate them on their excellent service.
Courtyard with classical guitar and wine nightly. Incredibly welcoming staff. Excellent location!
Room was a little small.
Very helpful staff, comfortable room, interesting internal open courtyard, their remote restaurant served excellent food and was good value. We would definitely use this hotel again if visiting Seville.
Musty smell in bathroom and only bedroom window faces landing
We were received like royalty! Sit down and sipping a cup of coffee within seconds. Free upgrade to my friends with disabilities to a gorgeous room. All the help and advice as to travel around the city, multilingual staff and silver service breakfast. This is a boutique hotel that should be paramount for anyone in the business.
It's hidden within Seville old quarter, it cannot be reached driving which was a challenge for my disabled friend. The taxi driver didn't know about it. SO I would suggest to the hotel to offer a pick up service or at least to provide the guest upon booking directions to a taxi driver so they could understand the best drop off point for the hotel and street signs to reach it while walking the last leg.
Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from the time we arrived until we left
Charming staff who were without exception helpful. Quiet rooms, the junior suite was lovely. Good breakfast, and the food in the "associated ' restaurant was good too.
The standard double room was not great - no real outside window and a bit pokey for the price. In junior suite there was no space by the basin to put wash things and no adequate lighting there either. For the price, one would expect to be given a bottle of water for free rather than having to pay the exorbitant mini bar prices!
Location in Jewish quarter Entrance foyer Interior courtyard All staff encounted were of the highest order Rooms ( family had 2 ) Lounge ( ambience outstanding ) Decoration and lighting Guitarist in the evening Peace at all times Altogether, an artistic creation
Beautiful, quiet location. Hidden gem right in the city center. Rooms are beautifully decorated & spacious.
Breakfast are and food are OK but could be better organised.
Started with the e-mail we received on directions to the hotel; Felipe from the front dest coming to the parking lot to help with our luggages and finding tickets to the Fl. show; breakfast; rooms; cleanliness; location..all perfect!
Attentive, enthusiastic, knowledgeable staff. Evening flamenco guitar recitals. Ambience of public areas.
Very little. Our bedroom whilst finished to a high standard was, ultimately, a bit characterless.
The location, the atmosphere in the hotel, guitarist in the courtyard in the evening. The receptionist Anna was particularly helpful
The tranquility, friendliness and excellent service
The level of care and helpfulness of all the staff was outstanding. The atmosphere was magical.
We had a very comfortable, clean, modern room with excellent linens, bathrobes and slippers. But, the best of this beautiful boutique hotel were the reception desk attendants. Felipe and Raul were exceptional as to professional service and gracious demeanor. The 2 ladies were also very good. It is very centrally located as to sights, tapa bars and nightlife. As far as value for the money it would be excellent if breakfast offered more variety and if they had more amenities, spa, etc.
Lovely ambience, beautiful building, great location, staff very helpful and friendly, live gentle music each evening for 30 minutes.
For the price of the room I was suprised that breakfast - which was very nice - wasn't included.
