Incredible nice & professional staff. It was a 5 star stay with 4 star prices. We will be back.
The staff was very helpfull and friendly;
You can not access the hotel by car, requiring a short walk with your lugagge after the taxi drops you off.
Location. Friendliness of staff, especially Trinidad. Charm and beauty of building. Great restaurant nearby. Very good breakfast on site. General efficiency. Perfect stay.
Beautiful spot. Classical guitar at 7pm, great breakfast
Peaceful nature, helpful staff, fantastic location.
Nothing really. Coffee and tea making facilities in the bedroom would have been nice - but that is very British.
Te staff at the hotel right from the moment we stepped in (Sr. Gonzalo especially) made us feel so comfortable. We absolutely loved being there. The most beautiful hotel in the heart of a beautiful city. An absolute MUST stay.
The beds were twin pushed together. Would have preferred one big bed.
What a gem! Perfect location, incredibly friendly staff and it is a beautifully restored property! Spend as long as you can at this hotel! You will love it!!!!
We spent part of our honeymoon at this hotel, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is a beautiful property, and our room was fantastic. Because of the location, we felt pleasantly tucked away, and yet we were right within the city.
Very hospitable staff. Was given detailed introduction to sights and tours in Seville while sipping sipping welcome glass of wine in hotel library on arrival. Totally unexpected and very much appreciated.
Difficult access by taxi. Got left at the wrong square on arrival from airport and had to wheel suitcases through confusing cobblestone lanes to find hotel.
Very happy with the reception we received and the quality of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Do not ! Try to reach the hotel directly by car.
Just about everything
When you walk through endless small alleys and enter the hotel, the word you would think of is 'hidden gem'. Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, and lovely staffs. Welcome drink was wine, best! There was a guitarist playing at lounge in the evening, it was magical. Love to go back and stay longer.
Wish we stayed longer.
Even as a solo traveler, I decided to splurge and I'm so glad I did. The check in process was so nice. They place you in the library where you wait with a glass of premium wine while they deal with your data entry. They then spend a nice 30 minutes introducing you to Seville and the sights and provide a map so you feel prepared. Then when you enter the room it's so lovely. The lighting, the comfort, the scent. Very comfortable beds. The staff are so generous and kind and helpful. The breakfast was served with a really nice basket of bread, espresso's, eggs, bacon, sausages, fruit plate... everything needed to start the day. And the courtyard looks amazing both in the daytime and nighttime. The terrace gives you views of the cathedral and the location is central. A few blocks away from the cathedral. GO GO GO. It's truly nice.
We loved the attentiveness of the staff, the lovely check-in drink, the fabulous breakfasts and the lovely facilities.
the staff is excellent / the rooms are fantastic / location near the centre is top as well as the quietness / a must do / this hotel has a soul
Room and bathroom including shoer, slippers and gown Enjoyed the gentle heating in the bedroom Friendliness and helpfulness of staff at all levels and at all times and who don't mind having a chat Decor and inner courtyard of the hotel Quality of room service
Lack of kettle in bedroom While personal service of breakfast was appreciated there was a lack of variety over the few days that we were there. Would have preferred a buffet type breakfast or at least some cereal and a variety of cheeses.
Kind and English speaking staff, very friendly welcome, quiet atmosphere. Hotel is wonderfully restored house in a very center of the old town. We were feeling like real guests who are always welcome. The hotel is super clean. And they serve a very good red wine. :-))
We were missing at least one chair in the room (22).
This is a wonderful place. Location in the centre of old Saville, hotel staff and the building itself all wonderful. We felt like honoured guests!
A beautiful hotel in a great location. A perfect place to stay, highly recommended.
This Hotel is amazingly beautiful and deserves its 4 stars. The roof terrace affords fine views of the Cathedral. All the main tourist attractions are within a 10 minute walk. Spend an evening at the Ristorante San Marco and your stay will be perfect.
The architecture of the hotel was amazing.you feel like you're stepping back in history. Excellent service.
The location is a bit tricky for a first time traveler to Seville. However that's part of charm and history of the city
From the moment we arrived, we were given A+ attention, always greeted and treated as valued guests. The open central courtyard garden was just beautiful. The room, spacious and warm...nights can be quite cool in November.
In all honesty, there was nothing not to like. We highly recommend this hotel
Staff friendliness and their tips of where to visit and eat Breakfast Location in the narrow streets An amazing building
A kettle in the room would be nice
The hotel was wonderful. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. A warm welcome on arrival including a glass of wine. We had a birthday in our party and the hotel helped our celebration with a complimentary bottle of fizz. Charming horel
The helpfulness of staff, lovely hotel refurbishment, quality of the rooms, terrace, central location, breakfasts - hard to find anything to criticise.
Some odd design choices - we found the lamps on mirrors and the wash basin in the room very inconvenient. The rooms were generally poorly lit with no reading lights for individuals and not enough light to do make up - air conditioning/ heating was not very responsive and we were generally overheated at night.
