Very good location in the heart of the old part of the town. Near restaurants and bars. Guarded parking near the hotel at a cost of 10€. Spacious rooms. Very nice building.

Good central location, pleasant courtyard entrance in nice building, spacious room with good basic facilities. Very helpful staff, who guided me to nearby parking saving €9 for my overnight stay, and also recommended local restaurants. Hotel is on a narrow street where it is not possible to stop your car to unload/check in, although there is pay parking relatively nearby. Free internet connection was very slow.

Immaculately clean. Great location in the center. No wifi in rooms; I had to use a network cable from the wall in the room. I did not bring one, but the hotel provided me one. No visitors allowed in the room.

Easy walk from railway station and to center of old town. Pleasant patio and interesting library. Great base from which to exlpore the "Sherry Triangle" and its bodegas.

The room was comfortable and immaculately clean and so was the bathroom.We were given good instructions for exploring places on Costa del Luz. Hotel staff probably thought we were very fussy when we asked for a refund as we had to pay a few more euros for the parking in another garage because theirs was full upon our arrival. However, they acted professionally and we appreciate it a lot. When we arrived late at night after a long and tiring drive, there was noone at the reception who could speak English.

Quiet, although very well located if you are looking for a place close to the center and the night life. The room is big enough, and has everything that is needed if you are not planning to stay lots of hours in the hotel. It is not close to the beaches.

Overall, place was great. Clean, comfortable and the family that runs the place is great, especially the son. He was a really nice guy! Highly recommend. Town of El Puerto de Santa Maria was great also.

The hotel staff (which are the owners) are very kind, helpfull, making the stay very pleasant. The hotel location is splendid, really close to El Puerto's best restaurants and with a lot of parking facilities in the surrounding area. The room is clean and somewhat spacious, with a simple decoration. The only downside is that the room's sound isolation is far from great, which means that you can hear everything that's going on in the street down bellow, which, because of the central location, is a bit loud until late in the evening...

The Hotel has a very good location in a quiet street just under the Old bridge and has its own style. To city centre it was only 5 minute walk. Rooms were spacious and clean (the bathroom can be small for someone, though).

Hotel con muchísimo encanto; en el contexto de una muy bella antígua casa andaluza; lo tienen muy cuidado y es muy acogedor. Las habitaciones están bien, acordes con el precio. El personal del hotel es extraordinario, completamente serviciales en todo momento. Sin duda lo mejor es la situación: más en el centro imposible. Llegas, dejas el coche a 10 pasos en el Parking y ya estás en la zona de tapeo del Puerto de Santamaría. Muy recomendable La habitación no tiene ningún lujo; pero no lo necesita. Relación calidad precio excelente.

El personal fue muy amable. La habitación estaba bastante bien para ser un 2* (he estado en hoteles superiores mucho peores). Tanto la habitación como el baño estaban limpísimos. El hotel está en una ubicación inmejorable para conocer El Puerto a pie y tiene una entrada preciosa con un patio muy bien decorado. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

El personal del hotel es muy agradable, servicial y competente. Está muy bien ubicado, céntrico sin tener agobios de tráfico. Es una edificio antiguo, es una casa del siglo xvii y se ha reformado con mucho gusto.

En el puente de Mayo tube que desplazarme a El Puerto de Santa Maria por un funeral, asi que reserve en este hotel sin tiempo de mirar otras ofertas y porque ya estaba casi todo reservado en otros hoteles, osea que me desplace a la "aventura" sin saber que me encontraria y la experiencia no ha podido ser mas positiva. Un hotel que las dos estrellas que tiene no le hacen justicia , (merece alguna mas) hay hoteles que con mas estrellas ya quisieran ser como el "casa del regidor", el personal del hotel , simpatico y con un trato magnifico , el hotel es una maravilla de casa magnificamente decorada y el desayuno sin ser como el de un hotel de 4 estrellas (que te cobran 120€ la habitacion en el 4 estrellas , aqui solo 65€) es correcto y supera la media de otros hoteles. Gracias a la señora de recepcion por atendernos tan bien (al final con las prisas , no le di las gracias ni pregunte su nombre , pero gracias) Espero volver pronto , pero no por el mismo motivo
