We liked the inside interior, and the relaxing atmosphere

We didn't like the bathroom because it was separated with our bed only with some sort of door, and the shower room was damaged! Also the problem with hot water...

Breakfast and location. There were not toiletries (just a comment). Everything was good!

The location was perfect (10 mins from Sagrada Familia, 10 mins from Casa Mila and Casa Battlo and 5 mins from Metro Station Verdaguer by foot). The staff was very friendly and helpful, we even got "early breakfast" (or take-away breakfast) because our plane left very early. Breakfast was various, fresh, delicious and enough. Our room was little, but good for staying a few nights, and had a little balcony with table and chairs. Lidl and Dia% supermarkets, and cheap restaurants very close. We were very satisfied with our booking.

Stove and oven not functioning (or maybe we were unable to make them work, we did not ask the staff for help), cooking only possible with microwave. Walls are thin, other guest may be loud, but this is naturally not the staffs fault.

Location is excellent! Close to main attractions and public transportation.

Our room did not have a single window (nothing was mentioned on the web page in rooms' descriptions). Next morning after we checked in electricity went down and did not come back until after someone showed up at the reception around 09.00 hrs. The emergency phone in the lobby was out of service.

The room was large, bed comfortable and very clean . The Staff was great and very accommodating. The breakfast was great, a good variety of items to choose from. 12 noon checkout is nice. Close to many restaurants and near Sagrada Familia.

Difficult to find, no signage. No soap for the shower or washcloths. Area a little noisy.

Lovely room with big windows and lots of charm. We had one of the front rooms and did not find the street noise to be a problem. Very hot weather and the air conditioning kept our room at a nice cool temperature. Comfortable matrresses, thick towels, updated bathroom with great shower.

The subway was a 20 minute walk and the line was often not convenient to what we wished to visit. This is not the fault of the apartment. But, taxis are plentiful and easy to catch anywhere in Barcelona, so we ended up using them quite a bit.

Each room had its own bath facility, closet space, hair dryer, A/C and was clean. The free WiFi was reliable. There were two common areas for the seven rooms available: a kitchen and a TV room. A supermarket was very close by so that you can buy groceries and store them in the kitchen's refrigerator as you please. Christian, the host, leaves you a paper guide to help with some of the surroundings, venues, restaurants and sight-seeing tips.

Our room size was of the medium type in the facility and some might perceive it as small.

Small hotel (7 rooms). The larger rooms are light and spacious. Very helpful and friendly staff. Location was perfect for our trip.

Rather noisy road outside. Rooms at the back would be quieter but are (I think) small.

It was a lovely calm residence, very relaxed, nicely styled and comfortable. Aircon made a big difference. Definitely high quality for the price.

Location is excellent and i would strongly recommend. Room big and i liked the vintage classy design of the whole house. Good wifi and comfy bed. Very easy to reach and close to Sagrada famiglia and park Guell. P.S. Liked the Harley aswell.

Was pretty noisy but that's a price paid for its center location and breakfast could and suggest to be improved.

Very quiet space. The staff is very nice, and willing to adapt to all your needs (they changed the breakfast timetable because we had to leave early). Tasty decoration, comfortable and cozy room. Good quality products in the breakfast.

Nothing in particular. If we had to say something, an espresso coffee will had been great (they offer americano, not bad neither).

Cosy, clean and comfortable place with a good location; easy to get to the city centre; Christian was very kind and friendly.

Walls are thin and the noise in the morning can disturb your sleep, because we each had a separate bedroom, but shared a communal kitchen. Cecilia was highly uninterested in our questions.

Location, comfy bed, friendly staff, flexible breakfast options and times, large room size.

A little early morning noise from communal area, but only because we wanted to sleep late.

Nice staff, clean room, comfy albeit small(ish) bed.

We got one of the two smallest rooms which really was too small for two adults. Only stayed for two nights so it was ok.

We really liked the area and the neighbourhood. It was a great place to see the main sightseeing spots by foot. All the stuff at Casa Dover was fine and Christian was very helpful. Breakfeast was nice and tasteful. We really enjoyed our stay there.

A bit disturbing bar located at the ground floor of the house.

Celia was fabulous - she pre-arranged for a taxi driver to meet me at the airport and she was there to greet me at midnight when I arrived at Casa Dover. I loved the location as it was far enough out from the centre of town, but close enough to walk everywhere and to be away from the masses of tourists (even though I was one) There was a small supermarket and fruit shop across the road which proved handy and a great cafe/bar/restaurant below. The accommodation was also good with a shared breakfast/dining room with use of the fridge and lounge/sitting/tv room. Good wi-fi connection. There was a bit of noise from the cafe that I noticed on my first night, but go and join them - Spain does not go to bed early - great spot with fabulous staff!
