Pleasant staff and good location for those who like walking. Pretty hotel and well priced. Garage good but expensive. Breakfast crossaints excellent.
Room was very dark, only one bedside table and light. Awful make it yourself coffee machine at breakfast.Lots of noise from nearby bathroom.
Interesting building. Helpful staff. Good location to Santa Cruz district. Very good breakfast. Parking (extra) off site but secure.
No elevator although that wasn't that big a deal since we were on 2nd floor.
The traditional Moorish style
We liked everything
Licartion, interior architecture, general taste
Wifi to weak, specially in the hotel room. Not good enough for regular, normal usage.
The hotel was very attrasctive with many charming nooks and crannies. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Not recommended if stairs are an issue.
the courtyard, the bathroom, the staff
all was very nice!
Everything, great atmosphere very helpful staff. Would stay again.
Little narrow "Old Town" back Street
Location, appearance, helpful and friendly staff
The bathroom .. lighting was bad so could hardly see, and shower was bad.... very old so could really do with an update.
Beautiful traditional place. 3 floors. Spiral staircase. Brill. Steeped in tradition. Loved it. Roof top terrace too.
Our room not for old people or people who have health or mobility concerns.
Beautiful old, Moorish Hotel- we loved our stay!! The view from the roof-top terrace at night is Stunnung!!!
Didn,t want to leave!!
Style of architecture, quite good localization.
Absolutly not a four stars service hostel: bath and shower do not work really (big trouble with flushing tap), water running from bathroom to the bedroom (Direction and staff know it but don't make anything to repair and lie about the problem), soap and shampoo delivered so once and no more during the stay, no have safety box in the room, no have TV, old fridge, tiny breakfast (Then you can't serve the orange juice by yourself : it's prohibited !), car park very expensive (only open air under harsch sun), some customers without any respect for others, dog (or rats ?) running whole the night in the upper room. WiFi is out of work most of the time. For all these reasons, this hostel is definitively not a 4 stars hostel, it's just a 1 or (maximum) 2 stars hostel. If you are looking for a real 4 stars, avoid this place.
The surroundings were just what you would expect from old Spain. Breakfast was very good, the rooms were spacious and ours had a Jacuzzi bath in the bedroom, generous size beds and very quite considering the location. Friendly staff.
Not designed for the faint hearted when driving a large hire car, the streets are a little narrow but at the same time add to the attraction.
Beautiful centrally located place in historicmdistrict
Took a guide to get us to,a) our room and b) parking lot
Parking very expensive
Very quaint, very Moorish and great if you wanted to be in the Old Town. The fridge was handy as Seville was very hot. Breakfast was good. Parking was a bit of a pain but given that the Hotel is in the Old Town it was OK. The staff were all very friendly and helpful
Air conditioning was a bit noisy and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which is most unusual but not the end of the world.
Beautiful Andalusian mansion house with antique furniture, patios with plants and fountains, and colourful ceramic tiles. Rooms large and deeply restful. Air con quiet but even at the height of summer the classic architecture could cope without it. Some reviewers on notable sites who are critical seemed to be looking for Best Western which this place definitely is not so there may not be a bloke on duty in the bar all night but who cares - it's the centre of Seville!
Great decor, good location and helpful staff.
Difficult parking and a/c didn't work very well.
An historic place, Very clean, calm, comfortable and specious. Although, it was 40 C outside we never felt the heat due to an excellent system of cool courtyards, plants, shades and air conditioning... The staff was very helpful and friendly...
We loved the whole experience and we will return there very soon...
atmosphere of the hotel, riad design, kind and helpful staff
Spacious room, good breakfast, roof terrace was great with nice views. Perfect location - walkable distance everywhere.
Poor wifi, lots of stairs :)
A lovely quaint, boutiqish hotel with period architecture and materials....lovely
Gardens , location
Lighting in the room too dark . Smelled damp in first room so we upgraded . Felt room needed painting and brighter furnishings - found them a little tired . The breakfast had limited choices for food .
The most atmospheric hotel Ive been in Spain so far. It is a former house same like they were centuries ago. Rooms are big and even have small kitchen! Beds are huge.
This very ancient but beautifully kept hotel is made up of a series of splendid courtyards which give you a wonderful flavour of Moorish Spain. The room reflected this, using earth colours and providing unique decor.
If driving, the narrow streets are not for the faint-hearted.
Excellent location and staff couldn't have been better
Nothing worthy of mention. Although car park is a little way away so worth dropping cases first but not problematic.
