En general, un hotel muy agradable, con trabajadoras (especialmente mujeres) más agradables aún y muy bien situado. Quizá el ruido proveniente del local situado en los bajos del hotel, (bar con mucho ambiente).

La limpieza de la habitación y la ubicación del hotel. El hotel indica que tiene WIFI en toda la instalación, pero no es así. El único lugar que dispone de WIFI es la recepción.

Esta en el centro del pueblo de Panticosa, que es un pueblo precioso. Es un hotel pequeño, de piedra y madera muy bonito y el personal es muy amable. Hemos estado muy agusto, cuando volvamos iremos ahi Nada

su centrica ubicacion el hotel estaba helado...la chica de la recepcion con chaqueton..Los radiadores todos helados...tuve que poner el secador a tope en la habitacion mientras nos encencian en nuestra habitacion la calefaccion.Mi hijita de dos años tiritando de frio..

El excelente trato recibido por parte del personal del Hotel. El desayuno es estupendo y siempre interesándose por si necesitaba algo mas y ofreciendo prepararme algo si saliera antes de la hora del desayuno. Las cenas son estupendas. Probablemente repetiré.

El trato esmerado del personal de Recepción del hotel Habitación pequeña, pero sobre todo falta de accesorios para colgar ropa, detalle importante al ser zona de esquí y toda la ropa que ello implica.

Bien situado. Económico Habitación muy pequeña para venderla como si fuera una cuádruple con posibilidad de cuna. Solo tenía un simple armario para una familia de 5 personas, asi que no pudimos sacar todo de las maletas.

das beworbene W-LAN-Internet stand im Zimmer nicht wirklich zur Verfügung. Meistens war der Empfang zu schwach, sodass nichts empfangen werden konnte. Das Hotel wurde auf Ihrer Website als "Neu" bezeichnet, was zu falschen Annahmen über Qualitätsstandard führte. Es war aber wohl nur bei Ihnen neu aufgenommen. Die Relation Preis/Leistung stimmte für die Nicht-Saison nicht so ganz.

Nous venions entre copains pour une couse vélo locale, la gérante a adapté ses horaires et nous a fait un prix généreux... ainsi qu'un véritable petit-déjeuner adapté à notre futur effort ;-)
