Breakfast was superb, room was very good, village was very old and worldly which I thoroughly enjoyed.
I enjoyed it all
Just a few days ago I came home ... from home. That's how I felt there and it's all because of prevailing atmosphere there. The whole family was wonderful! Really helpful, friendly to everyone. You could turn to them with any problem. What is more - very nice and joyful housekeeping staff. Beautiful room with a large balcony and sea view. Incredibly clean and cozy, professionally cleaned every day. Hotel located in a great location, very close to the bus stop, a few steps from the city center and local pubs/restaurants (I would highly recommend Bar Meson Pepe!!). Breakfasts. There are no words to describe how delicious they were. Delicious homemade yoghurt, mousse, ice cream and pancakes out of cosmic space (especially blueberry and sugar lemon, heaven in mouth!). Great choice of food - from cheeses, meats and breads, cereals, milk, lots of fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juice from oranges, etc. You can eat eggs in various forms - especially I recommend the omelet with cheese and bacon - delicious. Do not hesitate to order, you will not regret. Enjoy your meal! Can't wait to return - will be back for sure. Muchas gracias por todo!
Just a few minutes walk from the main square of the old town; fantastic for restaurants and wandering at night. A ten minute drive from a choice of lovely beaches. Hotel was spotlessly clean, with good air con and very quiet. Make sure your hire car can handle steep hills!!
We were given two single beds pushed together rather than a proper double.
Rooms are delightful, our hospitals should learn from this hotel in relation to cleanliness. Looked forward to breakfast every morning. The village is about 10 minutes from the beach but good bus or taxi service available. This is our 3rd visit, roll on our forth
Still fabulous and quaint building. Spotless everywhere you go. The breakfasts still unbelievable for the money. Rosa and family just such a sweet lovely family. Our daughter came with us for first week of our 2 week holiday. She could not believe how lovely it was and how sweet Rosa was. The annual fiesta week was on and one day Rafael brought the whole brass band into the dining room for the guests. It was very entertaining and different. Will return next year again for sure. The hotel is a very short drive out the village to the main beach of Benalmadena if you want to go. The village has a couple of banks. Coffee shops. A few very good restaurants within couple minutes walk. Very charming and Spanish village, away from the commercialised Benalmadena. Who else offers sea view, safe, wi if for free and super reasonable mini bar in hotel? So it doesn't have a pool, the rest far out ways that. For £45 approx a night. Love it!!!!
There is a small issue with parking. We took car this year but probably busier because of the Fiesta week to be honest but you would find something somewhere in nearby streets so would get a car again
Casa Rosa is wonderful. After reading the reviews it had a lot to live up to and it did. Rosa, Rafael and family looked after us so well. They are so proud and passionate about their hotel and nothing is to much trouble. Everything is spotlessly clean. The breakfast is amazing. Will definitely return.
Pot luck hit and miss parking, couldn't always park near the Hotel
Nice looking village .
Not a lot to do, small balcony and no pool , not many shops.
Everything - Rosa and her family make you feel so welcome.
Breakfast was fabulous
We'll run family hotel
The location in relation to local amenities, the welcome given by Rosa (the owner) and her family, the quality of accomodation, the superb standard of breakfasts (including Rosa's infamous pancakes) and the efficiency and politeness of the housekeeping staff all contibuted to a very pleasant and agreeable stay at La Casa Rosa. We can't fault it in any way and thoroughly recommend it to others.
our room has a balcony which was unexpected but so good to chill out on. The breakfasts are exceptionally good and great value
Staff very friendly, Location of hotel is in the heart of the old town which is a very nice area. some lovely restaurants and bars all within a 10 minute walk. Hotel is spotless, rooms are nicely arranged and spotless if a little basic, really good value for money. Breakfast is really nice also and good value for money.
Wifi is inconsistent.
The breakfast was excellent, best I have got in whole Spain. Fine room with a balcony with seaview.
The only thing that not was excellent was the Wifi.
Breakfast is excellent
Wifi signal poor
Everything. Great room, wonderful breakfast. Rosa and her husband are very friendly and professional.
The cleanliness of the place was superb. Fabulous sea view from the balcony. We were really made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Coffee making facilities in the room a first for Spain. Have recommended this to others already.
very welcoming, spotlessly clean, food excellent, very friendly owner and staff
The family who run hotel were brilliant nothing was to much trouble i will return
Wifi was slow
The friendliness of the staff was fantastic, as was the breakfast. I couldn't fault it at all.
The Hotel was spotless and the staff were so gracious and kind. I wish I had booked more time as the best place in Spain I have been in so far.
We had a very comfortable stay at Cass Rosa. It was exactly what we were looking for. The hotel is small but really quaint. The breakfast was delicious the staff are all lovely & couldn't do enough for you. I would really recommend this hotel if you are a couple just looking for b&b, because it is in a lovely quaint village and lots of places to go for eats & drink. Good bus service which takes you to the beach in Benalmadena or to Mijas, Torriemolinos, Fuenguirola(excuse, the spelling) but u know what I mean. Overall a lovely place to stay in. We can't wait to go back.
Amazing breakfast, very friendly, helpful staff. Great location in the heart of the pueblo.
Nothing to dislike, everything was exceptional!
The breakfasts were excellent. There was an incredible selection and so very inexpensive for what you get. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We.
The hotel is located a lot further away from the beach than we expected. It Is not withing walking distance.
