What a lovely spot. John and Raymond and Mum (I think Ana) were wonderful and helpful. Great property. Food nice.

Lack of dining options in the nearby area.

Friendly and helpful owner, convenient location off highway.

Top floor bedrooms have no windows, only skylight.

The location, the property, and the amenities. The staff, who were very help full and knowledgeable. This made our stay very enjoyable, and would stay there again if in the area.

That San Sebastion, although very lovely, we found very expensive.

A warm welcome from the owner and local info provided. Memory foam bed and pillows and a good breakfast in a rural chalet style hotel.

We stayed in the old farmhouse which has been converted to very high quality and unique rooms. We were offered a choice of room by Ramon who was charming and welcoming. The marble bathroom was perfect and the memory foam bed was obviously very high quality and so comfortable after a long drive. The breakfast, which was amazing value, was outstanding in quality and content. We highly recommend this hotel.

    Absolutely nothing.

Wonderful to stay in an historic building but with really high quality features. The breakfasts were incredible, definitely worth having and at €5 were an absolute bargain. Loved the quiet, rural location but with easy access to other gorgeous towns - 35 minute train to San Sebastián from Zumaia was a real bonus. Incredibly helpful staff, making excellent suggestions for restaurants, attractions/towns to visit and driving routes added considerably to our enjoyment

A warm reception and staff who made us feel very welcome. They helped with travel arrangements and were very efficient and friendly.

8.30 am is late for breakfast but does seem to be the norm in Spain.
