Property info

Modern holiday home with private swimming pool, only 10 minutes away from Benidorm, perfect for families with children or families and friends. The villa is spacious and tastefully decorated. The facilities are really excellent, especially for culinary lovers because there are 2 kitchens, one upstairs and the other one downstairs. The covered terrace offers fine views across the sea and the natural surroundings. The authentic Spanish villages and many amusement parks are all nearby. Golf enthusiasts can choose from various golf courses in the area and there are some nice cycling and walking routes here, too. The Costa Blanca gets around 300 warm days and the region is known for its microclimate with relatively cool summers and wonderfully warm winters. Apart from the narrow sandy beach of Cala Bay, the beaches of Levante and Poniente in Benidorm are easy to get to as well. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of which has a bunk bed, and there are two bathrooms too. There are two additional bedrooms and a third bathroom downstairs.
