The staff was very helpful. They let us store our luggage after we checked out so we could spend more time sightseeing before we left town. They gave us a map of the city and helped us find important sites on the map.
No views from the window
The price was excellent. We had no problem locating the hotel due to it's central location and were greeted by very friendly and efficient staff. Rooms were basic but clean and it had air con and tv considering the price nobody should have any complaints.
It was good see comment below
Only window was in bathroom so natural light and fresh air was limited apart from that mostly good
Close to the old part of town
Have a good location close to the centre with many restaurants and bars
Too noisy, you can hear everyone who enters and also from the rooms till very morning the people comming from the parties definitely not the hotel to rest,the rooms also could be a little more bigger as in our we couldnt even move.
The location of the hotel is good as its near to the city center. Reception is a nice place to sit in for a while as the wifi is good and fast in that area...with vending machines.
Poor wifi signal in the room. Room #107 needs thorough cleaning and disinfect the room as the odor of the cigarette inside room was so intense.
Price and front desk staff
Noise, bathroom window is 5 feet from restroom of an apartment in the next building
good central location, charming staircase, clean, helpful front desk personnel
the beds were not very comfortable; the room was not very light (from other rooms) proof or sound proof;
Staff were very friendly but there were serious language barriers with only one receptionist who spoke english who was rarely present (most of the guests at the time spoke english). The room was spacious and very clean.
The bed was extremely hard and I could feel the springs through the mattress. When I first arrived I was a little wary of the street as it was poorly lit at night and a little scary. As a woman travelling alone the location, although central, was a safety concern until I became accustomed to the area.
