We loved our stay here. The property is located just outside of the main town area by the Arab baths and it’s right next to the stairs that go up into town. It’s a short walk up and even at 6 months pregnant was very manageable.
The hotel is beautiful. Feels like a palace, the owners are very attentive and the garden pool area was wonderful for relaxing. The room was smaller but had everything we needed and had a lot of character. Breakfast was delicious and served in the main living room or garden! Street parking was easy

Cartajema is a tiny white village amongst the chestnut trees in a valley outside of Ronda. It is down a narrow curvy road. Once you arrive you will have to drive tiny narrow streets to the hotel but the town is so small you will not hit other traffic. But squeezing into the parking area was not for the faint of heart. It is the only hotel in the town and you visit for the views. It was dead quiet and had lovely views of the surrounding valley and other villages in the distance.
