Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, location was right in the middle of historic area. Bed could be softer. Better directions to the front desk and where to park or have taxi drop you off are needed.

Clean, comfortable room. Courtyard, fountain and Moorish tiles very atmospheric. Espresso maker. Our windows looked out into the courtyard and were greyed out for privacy. This meant we didn't get any natural light. I think the rooms on the other side looked over the street instead: we were in economy, so maybe if you paid for the non-economy room you would get some light!

Location is very good.Center of the city.The room is small, but comfortable and quiet. Staff was hospitable and freindly. There is no parking near the hotel. We found a nearest parking place for our car just about 1 km away from a hotel.

I liked the location of the hotel in the old town, the design, and simplicity. There was no fridge inside the rooms, and the A/C was not efficient enough.

The location was very good. It was very close to the Cathedral and the Giralda. Also, the neighborhood was very nice to walk through the narrow streets. Altogether a very enjoyable experience. Since Casas de Santa Cruz is in a pedestrian only locale, we had to drag our suitcases for a rather long distance (especially for 2 older individuals) since the taxi could not get to the hotel.

De locatie is uitstekend. De bezienswaardigheden zijn allemaal op loopafstand. Op steenworp afstand voldoende restaurantjes, kroegjes, tapasbars en cocktailbars. Het hotel ligt aan een rustig straatje dus slapen kan je er goed. Het hotel is heel mooi en authentiek. Een minibar op de kamer was geen overbodige luxe.

La situacion del hotel en pleno centro del casco antiguo de Sevilla es estupenda, calles muy animadas, y un servicio excelente. Por poner algo la ducha era muy pequeña, pero no es un inconveniente.

El hotel está muy centrico a pocos minutos caminando del Real Alcazar y la catedral. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, no se podía ventilar, la habitacion cuando llegamos estaba fría y apestaba a humedad.No había teléfono en la habitación, ni toalleros en el baño. En recepción no hay una persona continuamente si tienes algún problema tienes que desplazarte unas calles mas arriba. El precio es muy superior y no se corresponde con lo que se oferta.

Hotel très bien situé en plein coeur du quartier de Santa cruz à 2 pas de la cathedrale. Accueil du personnel de l'hotel Dona Elvira agréable et serviable. La chambre n'a pas été faite tous les jours. Chambre mal insonorisée/assez sombre(petite fenetre)/wifi non disponible dans les chambres du 2ème étage/voyant issue de secour allumé dans la chambre en permanence.

Super hôtel, vraiment idéalement situé! Tout est accessible à pied! Décoration typique avec un patio superbe de jour comme de nuit, chambre un peu petite mais suffisante pour un court séjour, petit déjeuner très bien et personnel très agréable parlant espagnol, anglais et même très bien français pour certain. Je recommande Hôtel situé dans une zone piétonne (ce qui est très bien en soit) mais prévoir l'itinéraire car nous sommes arrivé de nuit et ce n'était pas évident. Sinon nous avions la chambre du rez de chaussée donnant sur ruelle et pas très bien insonorisé (c'était la dernière disponible et encore c'est le seul petit bémol)

Vriendelijk hulpvaardig personeel. Charmant interieur. Perfect gelegen. Kleine kamer. Traliewerk voor de ramen, geen vluchtroute dan alleen de trap. Ontbijt niet uitgebreid, elke dag hetzelfde.

El personal muy amable, cada vez es más extraño encontrar a gente tan agradable. El sitio es estupendo, el mejor de todo Sevilla!!!! Me encantaria que aprovechasen la terracita que hay en el atico, hay unas vistas preciosas.
