Close to old town I was given a room on the ground floor that was windowless and smelled like sewage.I asked if it was possible to change but without success. The wi-fi wasn't working while I was there.

Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile per fornire indicazioni che possono essere anche al di fuori delle loro competenze e/o ruoli. La posizione dell' hotel è in una piccola piazza molto tranquilla e gradevole. E' estremamente negativo il fatto che la maggior parte delle camere non abbiano un affaccio esterno e che non ci sia la possibilità di aria esterna se non da condizionatore centrale senza possibilità di modificare la temperatura. Si bolle! La colazione a buffet è una presa in giro: in una stanzetta buia ed angusta ci sono pochissime cose da mangiare preconfezionate ed una macchinetta per bevande annacquate (vedi caffè)

Hotel im altspanischen Stil, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist bestens: an einem netten ruhigen Platz, aber nur wenige Meter von zentralen Straßen und Plätzen (Plaza de la Encarnacion) entfernt. Sehr freundliche Rezeption, die ständig besetzt ist. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, gehen i.d.R. zum Innenhof raus, sprich die Gäste kommen im Flur am Zimmerfenster vorbei und könnten einem beinahe die Bettdecke wegziehen, wenn man das Fenster offen lässt. Da die Innenhöfe über alle Stockwerke offen sind, sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Der angekündigte WLAN funktionierte selten bis gar nicht.

Su ubicacion en el corazon de Sevilla. La sensación cde estar viviendo como en tupropia casa. No da impresión de hotel, sino de casa en la que llevaras viviendo toda la vida. El personal muy atento. La casa preciosa La alfombra de la escalera hace que ésta sea muy estrecha y puede resultar peligrosa sobretodo al bajar los,escalones

La situación, el tipo de casa, el silencio, pero en mi opopinión le falta una servicio de cafetería y más luz en las habitaciones.por lo demás la rlación calidad-precio es correcta, el servicio un poco apagado.

rodeado de bares y plazas para tomar algo por la noche muy mal para encontrarlo, imposible aparcar y hay que dejar el coche en parking que vale 17 euros por solamente la noche, habitaciones muy cerradas, tanto que parecen cuevas.

Ubicación, céntrico y en una placita preciosa . Dormitorio, pues en mi caso me dieron uno exterior, creo que por haber sido cliente. Buena calidad precio en esta época del año en Sevilla en relación con los de su entorno. Pocas prestaciones para el baño. No tiene frigorífico.

Het hotel ligt aan een bijzonder leuk pleintje, waar van de morgen tot laat in de avond veel bedrijvingheid is vanwege een leuk restaurantje, waar je ook prima gebruik kunt maken v.d. tapashapjes. Bovenidien ligt dit hotel midden in het centrum op loopafstand v.d. diverse bezienswaardigheden. Enigste minpunr, is het ontbijt....dit is minimaal....zelfs slecht.

La tranquilidad que se respira en el ambiente.Su céntrica ubicación.La limpieza. La decoración. Sus bonitos patios. Particularmente, la dureza de los colchones. Son durísimos -al menos los de la habitación que hemos ocupado en la segunda planta. No descansamos la noche que pasamos allí. Tampoco me gustó la falta de ventilación. Al ser una habitación interior, dispone de una especie de ventana/puerta que da a la galería de la planta.Eso sí, vidrieras muy bonitas de colores, emplomadas artesanalmente. Pero ,para mí, imposible de abrir por si quisieras tomar algo de aire, dado que si la abres, estás como dejando una puerta abierta al resto de huéspedes, dado que esta ventana/puerta está a la altura del suelo. Perdería la intimidad.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, está centrico y a la vez en un lugar tranquilo, el personal es amable y la habitación individual que me dieron más que correcta. Si es cierto que hay muchas habitaciones que dan al patio interior y lo de la ventilación es un problema, pero precisamente es el encanto de este hotel.

Super zentrale Lage Es gibt in der Innenstadt quasi keine Parkplätze und mit dem Auto kommt man nur durch enge Gassen zum Hotel. Daher am besten Auto im Parkhaus abstellen und zu Fuß zum Hotel gehen.

comfort, netjes verzorgd, mooie ligging aan een gezellig plein, centraal gelegen Personeel was niet erg vriendelijk. Hotel is gehorig, nachtdienst was goed hoorbaar als hij telefoneerde tijdens zijn dienst.Ontbijt was wat summier.
