Hotel Caspel is located just 200 metres from the beach in Salou. It offers a sauna, indoor and outdoor pools and rooms with a private balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The staff at reception were efficient and friendly. It was very good value for money. Although breakfast had a good selection, it was very poor quality.

Hotel was clean! Beds were comfy! Pools were fab esp the indoor one! And the sauna was lovely! The lady working when we arrived was rude and did not smile through the whole stay!! Thank god there was a nicer lady on for the most of our stay!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good choice at breakfast. Room clean and comfortable. Hotel was noisy early in the night due to school groups staying- ok with earplugs! Be aware that this hotel is up a reasonably steep road although it is close to beach etc

Closeness to the beach and shops. Also the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the room. I used the hotel for an overnight stop as my wife and I were travelling from Alicante region to Girona airport so Caspel was perfect for an overnight stop. In the future I am sure we would stay for at least a week at Caspel and enjoy the pleasure that Salou has to offer.

Proximity to beach pool heated indoor pool (But I didn't use it ) Air con. was not working in my room.After 3 complaints and 4 days of my holiday the management finally corrected the problem. No entertainment !!

We pay 100 euro per night and for this money we got the most awfull hotel i've ever been. The old woman on reception was not polite and interested in our staying in the hotel. We requested 2 double bedrooms and she gave us twin-rooms. The bed was so hard and the pillows were impossible to sleep on! The air-conditioning didn't work at all. The fridge was always flowig with water. The shower was hard to switch on. In the bathroom we found a lot of garbage from the previous staying perhaps (hairs and other garbage). Do not recommend to stay in this hotel at all!!! I'm not choosy person. I even stay in 1-star hotel in Paris. But this hotel do not even worth a star and not valuable for this money!!

Okay hotel for age. Breakfast service rather poor. Should not offer parking facilities when there are limited spaces or at least reply to special requirements which clearly requested this service rather then waiting until you check-in to be informed that there was no places left. Parking was one of the key reasons for choosing this hotel.

No external noise despite being located on the cusp of the central night-time party spots. Charges to use Wifi, although this was explained at the time of booking.

proximité du centre, accueil sympatique salon a l'entrée bien agencé séjourné une nuit un samedi soir impossible de dormir jusqu'a deux heures du matin, bars et restaurants a proximité, avec bruit terrible de jeunes ennivrés qualité de la chambre moyenne porte salle de bain pourrie en bas.

el desayuno bufet muy bueno nos falto abrigos tuvimos que esperar hasta las once de la noche para que nos dieran las mantas en una de las habitaciones de 3 camas faltaba un y en la otra habitacion donde estabmos nosotros no habia ninguna como puede ser esperar hasta tan tarde para poder acostarnos somos gente mayor la picina interior mucho calor pero el agua muy fria no se pudo estar en ella porque nos enfriabamos mucho asi que no se disfruto nada de nada

Hyvä sijainti lähellä rantaa. Hotellin taso hintaan nähden ihan hyvä, sopii normimatkaajalle jos ei kaipaa luksusta. Turhaan mainostettu ja surkea sauna. Asiakas lämmittää kiukaan maksullisilla poleteilla, en suosittele! Piti käydä lämmittelemässä allashuoneessa. Ruokailut alempaa keskitasoa ja baarista loppuivat juomat kesken.

Me ha gustado el balcon con pequena vista al mar y las pisinas del hotel. El internet y el sauna son de pago extra, para internet me parece un poco triste que sea de pago extra. Se nota que estos ultimos tiempos esta un poco descuidado el hotel!

De ligging en het feit dat je tegen betaling kon parkeren. Had betere informatie inzake wifi op prijs gesteld. Je moet eerst de provider mozilla aankiezen en dan pas de inlognaam en code. Daar kwamen we bij vertrek pas achter. Kamer had schoner gemogen. Veel stof onder bed. Hotel heeft onderhoud nodig, maar prijs- kwaliteitverhouding goed.
