Situation de l'hotel au calme, mais loin de la ville. Voiture indispensable. Très reposant. Petit déjeuner très bon et varié. Personnel accueillant. Pas eu l'occasion de tester le restaurant.

Personne ne parlant Français. Comme beaucoup d'hotel en Espagne. A noter que tous les documents sont traduis en anglais, allemant, mais pas en français.

Hôtel de très bon confort, très agréable pour un court séjour de détente, peut-être un peu "tape à l'oeil" (finitions pas terribles, et décoration d'un goût discutable), mais néanmoins fort bien adapté à la détente et très calme. La formule demi-pension est très avantageuse, et le repas du soir de bon niveau, avec boisson offerte.

Petit déjeuner buffet fort agréable, mais on regrette de ne pas y trouver un vrai jus d'orange presse.

Very comfortable, very polite staff, good selection at breakfast and lovely facilities. Also found an amazing tapas place in the centre of the town called "El Bodegon" - a must try!

Price for the breakfast quoted on booking.com and reserved in April were not recognised by the hotel. It was only a question of a few euros difference but Booking.com should check their prices quoted.

The breakfast was excellent a bit chaotic at times with too many people wanting food at the self service section at the same time.The restaurant while offering well presented food in the evening, did not leave you wanting to return - unpleasant food and not cheap. We only tried the fixed menu once which was enough. We had planned to eat there every evening as its quite far from anywhere - but alas no.

Attractive overall hotel

Location area run down, bathroom was dirty upon arrival, wait staff not always polite, hotel of decent caliber without basics like in room iron and hair dryer

The room was warm and clean with control of your own heating. The buffet breakfast was fairly comprehensive but there were no "cooked" options.

The room size was about 28 sq.m but it was "sold" as 45 sq.m! The hotel insisted that only one hand towel should be provided for two people! We had to insist that there should be two. The public rooms were freezing cold and could not be used except by wearing outdoor clothing. The restuarant was closed and a very restricted menu could only be taken in the Snack Bar. This menu consisted of a choice of 3 items for each of the first and main courses. The quality was poor. Consequently we only ate there on the first of 3 nights.

As a regular visitor to this hotel we find it a lovely friendly and value for money hotel.

Everything. Convenient location and lots of on-site parking. Smart, modern, well-maintained buildings, patios and grounds, plus swimming pool and spa facilities. Helpful, friendly staff. Large, comfortable bedroom with very good bathroom, small balcony with nice view, excellent beds, lots of hot water, good TV with Canal + channels, mini bar and fridge, efficient air-con. Excellent breakfast, restaurant for meals if required. I would also recommend Restaurant/Bar Virgil in Castellar, 1 km from hotel on main village square behind the church. Friendly people, large menu and good food. Closed on Mondays.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were well presented and spacious. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely. Our room 101 had a lovely terrace with views and sun!

The evening meal was limited in its choice and it seemed as if it had been previously frozen. There was mould around the shower tray which needed bleaching or scrubbing to remove it.

Brilliant staff, lovely room, great breakfast and dinner

Too cold in foyer so we asked for fire to be lit, which it wasn't. No wifi in our rom so had to sit in the cold foyer to email. No massage person available. I wouldn't return in the off season if hotel can't be bothered to look after customers when not busy.

We have been before and appreciated the hotel very much, hence our return. All was good.

All was excellent.Clean, spacious rooms. Ample parking space. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, plus we really started appreciating this hotel chain a lot. Even so that we now look for the presence of the chain whenever we travel.

We spent 2 nights half board and it was great value for money. The standard rooms were spacious with king size beds and our own private terrace. The food, especially dinner was delicious.

The Breakfast arrangement was chaotic and crowded. Most of the staff don't speak English. We paid extra to use the spa facilities, however most guests snuck through the hedge to enjoy them for free, as there were no staff present to deter them.

Loved everything. staff very friendly, beautiful setting, lovely food. Would highly recommend to anyone to stay there and would love to stay again myself.

Very nice hotel. The room was very good, and also the breakfast.

We were celebrating our golden wedding anniversary and had an excellent time. A bottle of cava was left in our room on the big day by the staff. The hotel and grounds were spotless. The staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome. It is only a 10 minute walk to the village where there is a good selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. We were on a B & B package. The buffet breakfast was excellent witth a great selection of cold meats, fruit, bread and rolls. We hope to return in the near future? I forgot to mention there was also a good selection of cheeses for breakfast.
