Has been staying at the Hotel Castillo for many years. Always the same good service, nice personell, and very Andalucian. Good tapas and a very friendly Bar area, good restaurant. I can recommend this Hotel if you look for a typic Andalucian visit. Bosse Johansson, Stockholm, Sweden.

Buena ubicación en el centro de Palma del Río. Es un hotel un poco antiguo, limpio y funcional pero sin ningún encanto. El buffet de desayuno más bien pobre, el café horrible.

Solo me ha gustado la ubicación, el desayuno muy malo con los artículos en mal estado para su consumo y el camarero que tiene que atender nada profesional ni respetuoso con los clientes, dos de los tres días ha estado el comedor sucio por todas partes y las mesas con los servicios sin retirar del día anterior hasta que lo puse en conocimiento del jefe de recepción. La chica de recepción muy amable, las habitaciones limpias, mobiliario bien, pero no reúne las características para las estrellas que tiene. Yo no lo aconsejo para Hospedarse Productos que sirven en el desayuno los tenían en mal estado para su consumo, el camarero que estaba al servicio del mismo irrespetuoso y poco profesional a la hora de recibir por nuestra parte la informacion de lo que observamos en los productos y servicios del desayuno. No aconsejo la estancia en el mismo si no subsanan estas graves anomalías.

Ligt in het centrum van het stadje. Het was begin February en het was koud in de kamer, geen verwarming in badkamer en weinig lakens op bed . Geen eigen parking

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Das gebuchte Doppelzimmer war eigentlich ein Einzelzimmer. Das Bett war mit 1,20 Breite nicht ausreichend für zwei Personen.Das Personal sprach kein Wort Englisch und die Verständigung war sehr schwierig. Daher wurde unsere Beschwerde über das Zimmer auch nicht verstanden, geschweige denn ernst genommen. Das Personal beim Frühstück war nicht besonders freundlich.
