My second stay in the hotel and this time has been even better than last time. Great services offered and staff really kind with my children, they gave them some presents to play at the apartment. I really recommend it and I will surely come back in my next visit to Barcelona

No restaurant No spa (get a ticket to the nearby spa, where was a lot of lot of people...very disapointed) Pictures shows much luxury, the appartment was nothing special Bad value for money

It has a great location and the receptionists are very helpfull. Also the apartments are very spacious and big. Finally the gym is really nice and the pools are fantastic. I really recommend this apartments if you want to stay in Barcelona.

The only fault was: no tea-towel in the kitchen.

Jacuzzi in SPA is absolutely fantastic, what a find! Free wifi. Went with 2 friends, we all loved apartment and spa. Got taxi there from airport which was 40 euro's between 3 of us, great value and a speedy smooth transfer, reception booked taxi for our return to airport which again was a recomended option. Dropped us right outside door of our checkin desk.... fab!

Huge flatscreen TV but it only recieved BBC world service, which showed very little news from Britain, would have liked SKY news and a couple of english speaking channels. Needs a better corkscrew...we did struggle with basic one provided.

I was there with 5 friends and we didn't have enough glasses to drink from, so we had to buy some extra plastic glasses....

The location was a positive suprise. The female staff went totally out of their way to help us with organizing tour bookings, discount cards etc Access the the gym, pool, spa was amazing - great facility Breakfast was just right The room was super cool. Great furnishings, great pillows and bed and lots of zzzzzzz. It had a bigger TV than any of those I have at home

Leaving the carpark on out final day at 7,30am was a struggle. We couldn't open the roller door using our cards so I had to go back up the elevator, out he reception front door and open the carpark garage from the outside.

WoW! What a great place! Nothing bad can be said about the comfort or the cleanliness of this place. The location is great, once you locate it! The pool/spa area was relaxing and just what we needed after the ride. The kitchen was well stocked and they even had laundry facilities for us. Two large bathrooms. The decor was modern and comfortable. Secure parking was a plus for the motorcycles.

Warning: There is a daycare below the apartments and those little buggers are out early! Also the apartments are new and the door locks were not properly drilled so we had a complicated time getting in. The parking was a pain for the motorcycles due to the step grade and the location to scan out of the garage.

Unfortunately a bit of a let down. Whilst the apartment was well furnished and to a high standard the problem was lack of space. I booked a three bed apartment which states it will sleep six. This is a slight exageration. You could comfortably sleep four but not six. There are three bedrooms, the master has on suite facilites and very nice with a kingsize bed. The other two bedrooms share another bathroom which was also fine, but the size of the bedrooms was a huge let down. The second bedroom has two small singles beds with just about enough room to swing a cat and ok for small chidlren up to I would say 7 or 8 years of age, any older and it could be a problem. The third bedroom was smaller again with a single bed with a pull out bed underneath it. The problem with this would be if you pulled out the bed you would then have a problem getting in the room. Also the living/dinning area was not really big enough for six people. Plus the dinning table only sat four so what do you do with the other two guests. On the other hand the kitchen was to a very high standard and also had use of a washer and dryer. We struggled with five in our party so I would day be aware when you book make sure you only book for four as six does not work. Also the receptionist who dealt with us was a little offish when showing us around.

It justified our expectation. How ever the price may be high, but at least you get what you are paying for ( we booked it with flash deal, so it was propitious reservation)... It is a great place to stay with a children, because of the room layout and space in the apartment.Everything is brand new and vewy comfy with a great location ( not in the crowded La Ramblas- full with tourists...) We loved it and next time definetly will return!

pas assez de verre malgré notre demande et problème éclairage salle de bain

Les équipements et la propreté.Le personnel est super agréable.

Le fait que personne ne parle français couramment. Le spa est réservé aux adultes

L'accueil est chaleureux, l'appartement offre de belles prestations et est confortable. Service de nettoyage au rendez-vous. Le spa, les bains turcs, et la piscine sont superbes. ( je n'ai pas essayé la salle de sport ni la deuxième piscine qui est à 5 minutes ... ni le seau de glace après le hamman :-) !! ).

Petit détail : Manque d'ustensile dans les tiroirs ! Pas de lien direct entre l'organisme qui est en charge du spa/salle de sport/bar/petit-déj; il faut donc payer directement les consommations hors petit-déj. Le petit-déj doit être réservé à l'avance - ce qui est une petite contrainte quand on ne sait pas ce que l'on va faire le lendemain :-) !
