Everything. Front desk staff kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. The breakfast, though a little pricey, featured a wide variety of food choices, so we enjoyed the breakfast very much.
Location Beds Cleanliness Staff Room Size Price Value
Great value for money Close to the centre Modern clean rooms Friendly staff (we were allowed to stay until 1 PM )
Wi-Fi a bit patchy
Really excellent breakfast and position in city center.
No child bed in room, although we asked it in booking (later they gave it). Very small room with window view to inhouse well. Bed on easy-moving rollers.
Location, and proximity to main sights, museums, etc. Very tastefully decorated. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended!

We asked for non-smoking room but we smelt smoke all night.

The staff are always ready to help! They speak quite good English. They helped me arrange my tours which helped me big time. Saves me from speaking to Spaniards not able to communicate with English. They would give me maps everyday to make sure I get to my destination. Their Internet was quite good, it's pretty fast. Its close to the metro! They did show concern when I hurt myself from a tour I went to. They were kind enough to let me.their first aid kit free of charge, unlike other hotels.
The gym was in the other branch. There's no pool. It quite understandable as there is more space in theater branch. the food was quite pricey. €10 wasn't worth it with regard to the choices they have. the cafeteria outside are quite competitive to.
Very helpful staff.
Room 108 was horrible. The minibar light went on and off even though all the other lights in the room were turned off. Went to the desk early in the morning who said they would send maintenance in 10 minutes. At 8am the second desk guy came and just pulled out the minibar and said it was ok now. I ended up in the lobby from early morning until my colleague came to breakfast from his room. At 9am the weekend manager came in and apologized but said they could maybe change rooms. They stored my bags while I went out in the city that day. They did find another room that night, but essentially I paid for 24 hours worth of stay without having a place to stay and no sleep to boot. They discounted the breakfast to 10euros, which wasn't worth it and left me a bottle of water in the new room. Then upon checkout they wanted to charge me for minibar in the first room. I didn't use it and told the man that HE moved all the bottles when he pulled the minibar out. Note it was not a case of just unplugging it as the minibar is in a built-in cabinet. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Was not worth the 110 euros a night.
Location, room 610 with terrasse, comfort, room space,
The hotel management must fix the shower. Suddenly came only cold water or very hot water
Everything about the Hotel was First Class. Of particular note was the Breakfast experience. The Breakfast Buffet was amongst the best we have seen in any Hotel Worldwide and the layout of the tables gave a great degree of privacy and comfort. The Hotel Staff were particularly helpful.
A minor point but some noise of footsteps from the room above was a distraction, particularly late at night.
The hotel is in an excellent location, close to all tourist attractions, parks etc. The hotel rooms, staff and breakfast were all first class.
It is a nice hotel. Not far from the metro and the train stations.
Dark room. Facing interior. Pricey.
Staff sued helpful, very clean good wifi very close to the main points of interest. Metro station is right in front of it.
The room was nice and clean.
The room had no bathtub and the bed that was supposed to be for a couple were just two mattresses put together that would separate during the night if someone moved. The hotel didn't pick up on a booking mistake ( this was Booking's online reservation problem) and charged us for extra breakfasts at the end of our stay instead of telling us on arrival that they had charged us too little in the first place. The room service doesn't exist at certain hours of a day (nap?) So if you arrive at 4pm you are asked to get your food from some primitive fast food place that you get in plastic box 40 minutes later.
It was't first time ! Booking made a mistake. But the hotel staff fixed ! I will Come back!
Cleanliness and location, great support
Location,Clean,Breakfast was okey,staff,
There is not enough staff to ask and one of receptionist information was going to miss the flight,Always there were more people wating on line of reception.Room were very narrow,TV was in instead of mirror on the table and around the table were closet.
Almost everything. The hotel looks brand new, everything is very clean and the staff at the reception are really very helpful and colaborative. Adriano, one of the guys at reception desk, deserves special mention for his kindness and support. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is just a few metres from the metro station, and at walking distance to almost all interesting spots in downtown Madrid. Also, there are nice restaurants, cafeterias and small markets everywhere. One of the best places with the highest cost/benefit ratio I ever stayed.
The room was not clean the day before our departure. We noticed it upon our arrival, at the night. Unfortunately, I did not complain at the reception, so very likely they did not know that.
Comfy bed Friendly staff
Check in was quite slow wifi kept logging out and having to be re-entered
The location was very good for the City and Rail Station. The breakfast was very good.
